Funky designs, friendly staff, excellent location. A little noisy, but otherwise great. You would be struggling to find anything better in Dublin this close to the centre of the city. |

Layout of hotel, very convenient for shopping, theatre, nice lounges, very open and comfortable in lounge areas. Bedroom 211 very small and extremely noisy, more suitable for single room. |

Location is great beside all attractions and shopping. Love the decor and layout, a bit different for a city hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly, would reccommend to other travellers One thing, we found the bedroom too warm |

I loved the art decor of the hotel, gave it a very plush feel. Also the bar and patio area were fabulous. It was very clean and an ideal location. 1. Car parking was 24 euro for the 2 days we were there(this was a substidised price!) and the car park is quite a bit from the hotel. 2. The heat in the room was stiffling at times esp when getting ready to go out at night and hair dryers are flying. 3. The lack of space to pack clothes away into. There are no shelves. While there is a small hanging area this is jam packed with hangers that can not be taken off the rail so is very awkward. |

The decor was fab, positioning of the hotel ideal for visiting dublin. The staff were all european, we would have like to have had some irish staff, as thats why we went to ireland. |

Location. Price was good due to Special offer Pillow too hard and too high. Room on the small side but adequate because of the excellent location in town centre. |

The room was very impressive. It was very hot at all times but it was a lovely room and bathroom. The internet service did not work. The front desk staff were less than helpful & they tried to charge us for internet we could not use. Very dissapointing for a four star hotel |

Staff was freindly. Design of interior was very unique, lots of mirrors. Was not the easiest hotel to find. Parking for hotel was 6 blocks away. |

There was only one person at reception so it made it difficult to check in and out in a timely manner. |

Stunning interiors, warm, quiet, friendly staff. Booking.com made the booking appear under my guest's name, rather than mine, which caused confusion at check in and led them to tell me I did not have a reservation. |

Over-the-top Mad Hatter meets Banana Republic decor might not be for everyone's taste, but we liked it. We were not awakened by the fire station next door. The neighborhood is still gentrifying; guests should be prepared for boarded up buildings and nearby public housing projects. |

Very nice hotel in a good location. Very unique lobby decor. Free shuttle to airport. One major problem was no A/C. Way too warm on a hot day. |

The location is perfect as the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the city centre. rooms extremely hot, no air conditioning (maybe this opinion is based on an unusual high temperature we experienced in Dublin) |
