The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping and the vibrant Dublin nightlife. The receptionist was very welcoming & provided us with maps and directions of the city. The interior of the hotel is Amazing, and was definately one of the highlights for our stay. Check that the hotel doesnt charge you twice, as we paid cash on arrival, just for reception to try an take a payment again, not once, but twice. The matter was quickly cleared up by a phone call though, and they apologised for the error.

Location, quirky foyer, Room on second night. Minutes from grafton street and temple bar. Room on first floor looked out into courtyard of Dublin fire brigade. Incredibly noisy all night, sirens, engines going off all night. No a/c in room so stuffy. Got moved to Tara suites next day which was huge improvement. A/c available, large room, quiet, looked out onto apartement complex Friendly front office staff do not stay here if u are placed in any room looking on to a fire engine!!

Nice location. Easy to reach the centre by walk. I recommend printing out the confirmation from booking.com and have it at the check out because the hotel wanted to overcharge me for around EUR 20.

Good location for exploring Dublin, not far from Aircoach and hop on hop off bus stops. Nice lobby and bar area. Hotel was hot, even at night. Bathroom was a bit shabby and in need of a revamp, plus the shower never worked properly.

The location is excellent, really great for shopping and going out at night. The decor is lovely too, really unique, bar area is really comfy and cosy. The only negative was that the room was absolutely roasting, we couldnt turn down the heat and it was uncomfortable especially first thing in the morning- very stuffy.

A good place to stay if you`re on buisness in Dublin or wanting to see the city. Fusion design of the hotel floors (purple doors, f.e.) even comparing to its halls at ground floor. Meanwhile this eclectic athmosphere is suitable in Cairo dining rooms.

Friendly Staff. The noise of the room that is facing the fire-brigade-station. But for a city-center-hotel, that was O.K. - if you want "no-noise" - you need to else-where.

Staff was generally helpful. Location is very good -- centrally located but off the beaten path. Quiet at night. Had lunch in the hotel and was surprisingly good. The rooms are stuffy even in mild weather since there is no cross breeze coming through (stayed in a courtyard back room so perhaps that makes a difference). Even though it was only 15 degrees celius, it was too warm in the room. Beds too soft in center for a good nights sleep.

The decor of the hotel is very attractive. Lovely Baroque feel to the entrance and public areas. Our bedroom was far too hot. We asked if we could be moved to an air conditioned room, but were told that only the Executive Suites were air conditioned. We were instead supplied with an electric fan, which gave us at least some relief. Also, the TV offering was quite weak, in terms of channels offered.

Great location, friendly staff, great price and comfortable rooms My wife wanted a smoking room, smell of smoke was a bit strong maybe something could be placed in room to combat this.

The staff in the bar, restaurant and reception were very good - friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was good. I paid 129 Euros for one night which was about 40 Euros more than I felt the room was worth. The shower was poor by any standards - weak water flow and bad shower head. The sink in the bathroom had no dedicated light and, as I was backlit, I couldn't see my face properly to shave. The adjustable mirror provided was not enough to help.

Good location near Trinity College and all the city tourist destinations . Nice room with clean toilets The restaurants and the lobby areas looked old and unused. Not a hotel you want to stay in the whole day but good if you are away walking Around the Dublin and need to come to come back for a short rest once awhile As it is in the center of activities in the dublin city Food is just bearable but who needs to eat in when there are a lot of good restaurants and fast food joints within a short walking distance

We stayed in Trinity Capital for 1 midweek night & our only regret was that we didnt stay longer! The hotel is very central & the staff were excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade on arrival which is obviously a huge plus. If you are booking, try to get one of the 'Tara Suites'. They are really fantastic rooms. I would definitely recommend a stay at trinity Capital Hotel

“We went to a gig in the O2 and found that using this hotel was great to get in and out of town (using the luas next to the hotel). Leaving the car in the car park for 7 euro was money well spent for piece of mind. Hotel is lovely 2nd time we have stayed here Nice rooms and the Bar served a great dinner/lunch and not badly priced. Staff also nice and hotel is easy to reach from the motorway's and you have the park just round the corner.” Martin, Galway |
