The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping and the vibrant Dublin nightlife. The receptionist was very welcoming & provided us with maps and directions of the city. The interior of the hotel is Amazing, and was definately one of the highlights for our stay. Check that the hotel doesnt charge you twice, as we paid cash on arrival, just for reception to try an take a payment again, not once, but twice. The matter was quickly cleared up by a phone call though, and they apologised for the error.

Location, quirky foyer, Room on second night. Minutes from grafton street and temple bar. Room on first floor looked out into courtyard of Dublin fire brigade. Incredibly noisy all night, sirens, engines going off all night. No a/c in room so stuffy. Got moved to Tara suites next day which was huge improvement. A/c available, large room, quiet, looked out onto apartement complex Friendly front office staff do not stay here if u are placed in any room looking on to a fire engine!!

Nice location. Easy to reach the centre by walk. I recommend printing out the confirmation from booking.com and have it at the check out because the hotel wanted to overcharge me for around EUR 20.

Good location for exploring Dublin, not far from Aircoach and hop on hop off bus stops. Nice lobby and bar area. Hotel was hot, even at night. Bathroom was a bit shabby and in need of a revamp, plus the shower never worked properly.

The location is excellent, really great for shopping and going out at night. The decor is lovely too, really unique, bar area is really comfy and cosy. The only negative was that the room was absolutely roasting, we couldnt turn down the heat and it was uncomfortable especially first thing in the morning- very stuffy.

A good place to stay if you`re on buisness in Dublin or wanting to see the city. Fusion design of the hotel floors (purple doors, f.e.) even comparing to its halls at ground floor. Meanwhile this eclectic athmosphere is suitable in Cairo dining rooms.

Friendly Staff. The noise of the room that is facing the fire-brigade-station. But for a city-center-hotel, that was O.K. - if you want "no-noise" - you need to else-where.

Staff was generally helpful. Location is very good -- centrally located but off the beaten path. Quiet at night. Had lunch in the hotel and was surprisingly good. The rooms are stuffy even in mild weather since there is no cross breeze coming through (stayed in a courtyard back room so perhaps that makes a difference). Even though it was only 15 degrees celius, it was too warm in the room. Beds too soft in center for a good nights sleep.

The decor of the hotel is very attractive. Lovely Baroque feel to the entrance and public areas. Our bedroom was far too hot. We asked if we could be moved to an air conditioned room, but were told that only the Executive Suites were air conditioned. We were instead supplied with an electric fan, which gave us at least some relief. Also, the TV offering was quite weak, in terms of channels offered.

Foyer- immediate good impression. Rooms and bathroom- comfortable. Excellant staff behind the front desk. Tasty snack lunches in decorative suroundings. Unimpressive view out of window looking into firestation car park. had hoped for a better view out of the window given its location opposite Trinity college.

A splendid place to stay, with most of Dublin centre within easy walking distance. Interesting Egyptian theme to the public area. Convenient (private) car parking round the corner. Very helpful staff.

Very handy location, lovely atmosphere and nice thick walls to keep out sound. I would not have guessed I was overlooking a fairly busy street or that there was anyone else on the floor.

Loation is its bestseller just a 10 min walk to shopping district. A pity there isn't a room rate for solo travellers - 105 euros expensive for a single traveller Rooms look impressive on website but are actually much smaller!

Love the interior design and the artistic feel to the hotel. Loved the free upgrade to a suite! Very comfy and quite in the room! :) Loved the restaurant downstairs. Great for dining or just a few drinks! The bathroom was always cold. For a four star hotel, I was very surprised there was only one simple shampoo/soap for everything, and it wasnt good. I had to go out and buy shampoo + conditioner. The water pressure from the shower head was also very soft.

Great decoration, very comfortable, faboulous location There were stains on the bed and the cushions, there were someone else's hairclips on the carpet -> not hoovered properly as the window doesn't open properly it was hard to let air in which we would have needed since it was a smokers room

I chose Trinity Capital on this occasion because 2 years ago, on my 18th birthday, my boyfriend surprised me with a reservation at this hotel and I was utterly amazed the moment I walked through its doors. The combination of styles, the colors, the decorations, the lounge are just wonderful. The room we got this time was just as colorful and tastefully decorated as the lobby/lounge (in a slightly, apparent kitsch manner, but, nevertheless, beautiful) and the bed was incredibly comfortable and huge! The staff was very polite and helpful, we even managed to borrow an umbrella from the front desk, because we caught an awful rainy day. Other than that, we also tried the Irish breakfast, which was fairly good and tasty. Last, but not least, the dinner on my birthday was very good and we also enjoyed the fact that we could eat in the lounge, not necessarily in the restaurant area. :) We definitely recommend this hotel for a romantic break! We don't have any complaints, just some small observations about the room. The one we got this time didn't have a proper wardrobe (unlike the first one we stayed in). Furthermore, it would have been nice to see some slippers or maybe a bathrobe hanging around, since the hotel has just been upgraded to a 4 star ranking. A minibar would have come in handy as well! :)
