Wifi is awful all over the hotel. I am not going to come back.

Cracking hotel, stylish, comfy, good location, nice food.

The room was too hot to sleep in, even with the window open fully. There was a lot of noise from the fire engine behind/ beneath our room. We were woken twice by the cleaner the next morning and she came into our room twice. The room was small and we only had single beds which is unusual for a twin room these days. I saw nothing that justified the four star rating or the price. The bar food we had was very average. I wouldn't stay again.

Loved the decor. Other plusses were comfortable beds, spacious room by European standards, great location, helpful staff.

From the moment you enter the lobby you are transported away from reality and into a grown up version of Alice in Wonderland. In a word it is stunning and you truly have to see it to believe it. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable....they were extraordinary! I don't have one complaint and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Dublin area.

The decor was a bit funky in a pleasant way. Kinda felt like an Alice in Wonderland story...

Was allocated a room with little clothes hanging space, fine if your only there for couple of days. I explained we were there for 5 days, going to show every night, so we were given an upgrade to room with much more wardrobe space. Room was great with jacuzzi bath, but shower itself not great, no power and unable to adjust shower head, but that's a small gripe that didn't spoil our stay. Didn't think breakfast worth 12 euro

The Airport Express Bus drops you just opposite Trinity College and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from Trinity College. The location was excellent. The hotel is fabulously decorated and meals in the Cairo cafe are very reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and bathroom more than adequate. Lots of cafes around the back of the hotel.

We had no idea the Fire Station was right under our window. Sirens and alarms went off each night until around 10pm. After that though it was quiet until around 8am. If you like to sleep with the window open you might have trouble falling asleep.

Location was good. Staff were nice!

It didn't have a swimming pool or spa!

Boutique-style interior. Free wifi in the hotel. Great cocktails from the bar.

Poor water-pressure in the shower.

The room was clean and comfortable. The internet was extremely slow and did not work at certain times. The breakfast was very expensive for what it was. Overall, decent stay.

Well located to Trinity college and tour buses and tourist info centre. Very warm and cozy coming in from the Dublin cold! Staff very friendly. Good price for this area.

Not soundproof through the adjoining doors; we had noisy neighbours on our last night.

We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite which was amazing. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and even provided some great recommendation for local places to eat which are not on the typical tourist trail. Nothing was too much trouble and all our needs were catered for. Only a couple of hundred yards from temple bar and trinity capital but far enough away from the noise of the city

Bed was a bit soft for our liking and a noise which we could hear but couldn't locate but only minor issues

Hotel has bags of character, situated away from the hurly burly but just 5 / 10 minutes walk from all the key Dublin attractions. Staff really friendly and efficient.
