Hotel close to all attractions. Comfortable rooms Value for money
Rooms a bit too hot for our liking
Very spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and a very cool decor especially in the lobby area
Not much to complain about. Low pressure in the shower. One night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the waitress had a really hard time remembering our order and wasn't very service minded.
The room was decent the outside and the bar area was nice but to be honest ur in the centre of Dublin for bars
The lifts didn't work for majority of my stay the layout is a little confusing to begin with if u stay in the far area
Great location and staff. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent pub and resturant for dinner and drinks.
Breakfast was the one negative in in great stay. Tried it once and was unimpressed. There are plenty of places within walking distance that offer better value for the money
Very noisy rooms which caused a very poor night's sleep. The road outside was very loud and we could hear everything from the corridor. The decor in the room is quite worn and a little tatty.
Location, comfort, rooms, service, atmosphere. Am a regular for a reason.
Shower was in poor condition; water spout broke and tile grout was moldy
Love the design of this hotel - looks great and is very comfortable Location - St Stephan's Green, Temple Bar and O'Connell street all within 5-10mins walking distance Food served in the bar was also excellent, clearly fresh and handmade
Breakfast was a little disappointing
I took my dad and mum here as a surprise for my dad's 60th birthday and it was just perfect in every way, great free upgrade, amazing staff, fab location, great food. Overall perfection x will be back
Lifts were not working, and we were on the 3rd floor,
location complimentary breakfast restaurant (although dinner service was a little slow) beautiful vintage lounges and reception area
vending machines didn't work mattress was very hard
hotel is in a great location. Great facilities.
Central location. Rooms. Modern style with comfort. Attractive price.
We get a bad welcome from a trainee (Sacha...) who was cold and unpleasant. It seemed to annoy him. Except that it was a good place to spend time un Dublin
Loved the fact that the hotel is walking distance from every place we visited, a Book of Kells in Trinity College, the Temple District, Dublin Castle, the train station and wonderful pubs.
Didn't like that for a hotel of its size, breakfast was not included in room price and the other fact of location which is greet for travelers without vehicles, it does not have parking on site.
The hotel was excellent we enjoyed our stay. The location was so good. We had the opportunity to see so many things just by walking. We were lucky.
Beautiful suite Really comfy king size bed Great food Good central location
Off site car park was a bit inconvenient with a lot of luggage
Old world de core and ground floor furnishings etc.
Rooms too small; no air-con; no room fridge; noisy above fire station and sirens going off through the night as a result.
Staff are very friendly and professional
Bedroom doors are very heavy and the rooms are close together so when they close they slam very loudly and can be heard easily in the rooms. I stayed a Sat night and was woken many times by this. The rooms are small. My stay was fine - nothing extraordinary. Hotel is clean and comfortable and location is great.
Wonderful location, great service, nice rooms, and clean
Windows don't close completely, so low temperature as well as noise creeps in. The fireguard downstairs (same building) blasts off in the middle of the night. So, be prepared to have some sleep interruptions. Other than that the place is fabulous.
Loved the room space. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip for a total of three nights. We were upgraded to a premium room on our return but all the rooms were nice. The location is the best with everything in walking distance. The staff was awesome and knows customer service really well. Helpful and so quick to get a taxi when we needed one. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Enjoyed the food.
Many hotels offer a free breakfast. This would have been a nice feature, however they did offer a discount voucher. If we had brought a car, there was no visible parking. Thankful that I delayed getting the car.
Easy walk to all shops, restaurants, theatre.
Loud at night as the hotel is located at a major fire station
The one night the fire station under our window was extremely noisy and because we had to keep the window open for air as the room was hot we didn't get much sleep. But the other nights were good and I would recommend the hotel.
I liked the location, a little off main areas so quiet but walkable
The room size was awful, there was barely room to walk around the bed. Also Wifi didn't work in our room
