Great location and lovely staff
Stayed for 2 nights and the fire alarm went off at 7am every morning..room smelt of smoke for a non smoking hotel.
Everything: ideally located for the city centre, nice decor/surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, good price, will be my first choice for staying in Dublin again
Nothing, it was perfect
breakfast a bit cold
The hotel and the staff were excellent couldn't do enough for us would recommend this hotel to anyone an enjoyable stay had by all
Nothing that I didn't like
FANTASTIC LOCATION REALLY NICE FRIENDLY STAFF BEAUTIFUL DECOR ESPECIALLY THE LIGHT FIXTURES . GREAT ROOMS ,ASKED FOR A TUB AND WE WERE ACCOMMODATED. BEAUTIFUL BAR AND OUTSIDE COURTYARD. PLAN TO TRY AND STAY THERE EVERY TIME WE GO TO DUBLIN. MADE OUR WEEKEND.
great location and valet parking
toilets were inconvenient down stairs and a long corridor
Great decor and design, very comfortable with attentive staff.
The location is good, the lobby and the bar look very good.
The room is ok, not great, as is the bathroom where lighting is just ok and water pressure is just barely enough. All in all, the hotel seems to me to be a bit overpriced.
The service for the staff was absolutely superb. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very good. Fantastic location - a very short walk to Temple Bar. Could not fault the hotel.
Lifts (6th flor) No fitness No mini bar Not a 4*
We lived our location and the staff was very nice!
Ideal for us . The valet parking was great as it was the wettest day of the year . Friendly staff great location , all good . Breakfast was good too .
The décor was modern and i really like it. The facilities were good. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.
I found some of the food pretty poor. I had fish and chips in the bar which was ok. That night, I got a sandwich in the bar. I had to wait for long time for it and i wasn't impress when it arrive. It was basic white ham and cheese sandwich with a few crisps. Very basic especially for the price i paid for it. The breakfast was ok.
- Confortable rooms; - great food (breakfastr and dinner); - Very competent and accomodating staff; - very fast internet.
no parking on site
We have stayed here before so we knew the location would be ideal for our weekend. The staff are pleasant and the décor quirky. We particularly enjoyed socialising in the bar
The lifts were out of action for most of the weekend! This was inconvenient for us but a nightmare for other guests, particularly those with small children. Also the window in our room did not close so it was quite chilly. I think we will look for somewhere else for our next visit to Dublin
It was great overall.
Elevator was broken which was a bit annoying.
Breakfast was quite good and not too expensive
Lift broke during my stay and no apology or compensation - I was on the 5th floor.
We arrived early morning, left our luggage and went out for the day. Room was ready when we got back at 3.30pm. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The Hotel was very good with lots of charectuer, it felt nice just to be there. Our room was a bit small but not so much as to be a problem. The location was fine, within easy walking distance of Temple Bar, Grafton Street and O'Connell Street with the Hop On Hop Off buses easy to catch nearby for everything else such as the Guiness Storehouse which is a bit further away.
We had to leave early for our flight home and the carry out breakfast supplied by the hotel was simply not worth the money with a little bread roll that was almost uneatable. Not a patch on the breakfast provided in hotel restaurant each morning which is buffet style with lots of choice hot and cold plus a complimentary paper.
The location is the best feature of the hotel.
It was very overpriced. We were supposedly upgraded to a deluxe king room, however, the bed was certainly not a king & the room very small. We were on the 4th floor & the lifts were not working so we had to walk up & down four floors everytime.
Bedroom was too warm at night
Had a great 1 night stay here, my self and my partner. We stayed in the courtyard bedrooms and they were lovely. Nice spacious rooms with a great view of Dublin City. We had a lovely meal in the bar area and the staff couldn't have been nicer, always checking if we were alright for everything or if we needed a anything else. I would definitly stay here again.
Its was a bit expensive for a 1 nights stay.
central location, excellent breakfast, quiet room, nice hotel bar
old lifts, outdated rooms (I received a courtyard room),
Perfect location to bars, restaurants and theatres.
Great location, close to Grafton street, O' Connell street & Temple Bar.
Noise from the fire station & no free upgrades anymore.
