Enjoyed my stay here ,had dinner on 2 nights which was good, liked the big towels
Loved the location and the great lounges and great breakfast. Chrissa at the front desk was awesome and very helpful
Gym needed a few more machines and some attention. But all else was great
This is a great hotel in a great location. Temple bar only a 10 min walk and shopping only 5 mins away. The hotel is unique, quirky and a memorable place. I would recommend staying here
Great location for town centre. Quirky style, something different than the corporate hotels.
Hotel decoration Manager put us in a quiet room Location - 5min walk to Temple Bar and all the museums
Concierge not available Many trainees at the reception
Taste of Coffee
Spacious rooms, great atmosphere, nice people: a good hub for Dublin visitors to explore the city highlights.
Close proximity to the main sights of dublin namely, trinity college and book of Kells. Walking distance to hop on hop off buses stop. Handy to pubs and Dawson Street restaurants. Laundry done as a bag load...nice option.
Nothing to complain about,
We felt very special!
Location, Staff, Room 630, Food and overall comfort of hotel
Shower not powerful enough
Very impressed with this hotel and it's uniqueness and such a great location to all in Center City. very friendly staff who are quite helpful.
The room was fab and staff excellent.
Staff was very friendly and treated us like you would expect at a world-class hotel. When they found we were on our honeymoon, they made our visit even more "special". Our thanks to the management and the entire staff!
Hard to find anything not to like!
Loved the staff and the bar lounge sitting areas and sunny courtyard. Recommend room 260 - really great room!!! Location perfect too! Chrissa at front desk was so great and manager Keith Boyle so helpful on the phone ahead of our arrival.
Gym could use some more machines but minor issue given how great everything else was
Breakfast not included
Staff. Front Desk Staff very friendly and very helpful.
Medium standard hotel, does not deserve 4*, good location
Service mindeness of front desk staff
Very good location, friendly staff and good service overall.
Environemnt a little but too dark for my taste, but this is just a subjective feeling.
Lovely furnishings, beautiful bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast service, very friendly staff.
Specifically reserved a suite with AC, once we arrived we discovered there was none and when I called the front desk a porter arrived with a fan. The hotel is also directly adjacent to a fire station and street facing rooms will suffer a lot of traffic noise.
Friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant.
Standard rooms small
This hotel is close enough to the center of the city, but also on a less busy road where it is not too crowded. The rooms were spacious and the interconnecting doors between the rooms allowed us to enjoy having the space that we needed for a larger family. The staff were very friendly and helpful (except for the concierge who didnt think that helping with directions or resturaunt recommendations was part of the job description) Other than that, the staff were very helpful and eager to help.
There is no mini fridge in the room which made getting drinks a little cumbersome having to access the vending machine on the mezzanine floor.
Location, Bed, Lovely quiet room, Staff, Great breakfast.
My stay was only 2 nights, much too short.
Ideally situated to City Centre
Great mattress. Close to shopping and nightlife Great staff Really nice bathroom.
A little noisy in our Georgian suite at night, and enough stairs to get to it.
