Score from 176 reviews Excellent
location, friendliness of staff
carpets in dire need of cleaning both in room and on stairs.
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. Location was great. The cost was reasonable.
The room could have been cleaner-vacuum under the beds, stains in the carpet and upholstery.
The quietness of the room I was in. The friendless of the staff.
Scrambled eggs ok.
Carpets dirty.... The place needs to be refurbished. The breakfast (rashers and mushrooms) were swimming in grease. The breakfast (rashers and mushrooms) were swimming in grease.

Location, service, food,
Great little place to stay very central great staff very helpful and friendly great value lovely breakfast comfortable bed.
shower head was not properly fixed so could not be adjusted or it would fall off, other than that the shower was good and hot.
The room was large and their continental breakfast was generous (yogurt, toast, cheese, ham, fruit, juice, coffee or tea, brown bread, cereal).
Traffic noise was sometimes quite loud with windows open in our room.
The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. From the moment we checked in, they were very accommodating especially with our two little dogs which were allowed stay which was fantastic. Breakfast was a real treat with the full Irish and the works, and I mean the works. Unlimited coffee!! The staff made our stay very enjoyable. See you again. Thank you.
Room was large , clean with all required amenities .
No heating in room , if required .
It was so central and excellent value for money, staff were great.
It was in a good location.
Huge staircase to get up with your suitcases. The landlord was not very friendly. The whole place smells of cigarettes.
The carpeting is in desperate need of replacement as well as the fabric on the desk chair.
We were greeted by a bartender who asked us what time we'd like breakfast. There was no breakfast. The breakfast room was dark and locked the next morning. No staff in sight. The room was noisy and smelled like a bar room. Worst place we ever stayed. We paid for room and breakfast and got cheated.
the staff&owners were very friendly&made you welcome.we would stay there again
A lot of dampness in room
Staff was very helpful Breakfast was outstanding Service was excellent
Staff were very accomodating. Put an extra bed in our family room so our family of six could sleep comfortably. Room was surprisingly large. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was delish and filling. B & B has a great central location.
Parking is an issue. The B&B does not have it's own parking area, so we had to decide to either park on the street or in a parking lot elsewhere. Either way, we had to pay for parking. It wasn't much money, but still was not expecting to look for parking. The B&B looks a little drab from the outside and could do with a major facelift to make it more appealing. Due to it's central location, there was a bit of street noise in the wee hours which may not be good for light sleepers. Bathrooms in breakfast area were clean but old and the soap dispensers were empty in the ladies, at least.
