friendliness of staff. good buffet breakfast. no free wi-fi.. i was very surprised at this. and the service provided is €5 for a one hour block. also this time is the exact 60 minutes from when you buy it and an accumulated time which is a joke really. free internet isn't an expensive service to provide

Stayed there as we were fying from dublin airport-parking rates were excellent value along with the shuttle service. However both myself and my wife woke up in the morning suffering from bites from the bed! The shower also had pubic hair in it from previuos visitors.

The hotel was lovely, except bedroom door did not close properly and people had access to my room which I was not aware of until I woke up with people in my room

Good bus service between hotel and airport at very low cost (1 euro). Reasonably easy to access bus service into dublin city centre. Breakfast was plentiful and suitable for most tastes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Thought the charges for internet access were a bit much at 5 Euros per hour. Most hotels are now offering free wifi internet access. This could be an important consideration for not using this hotel in the future

Perfect for a one night stopover for airport. Less than 5 mins to airport. Shuttle every half hour for 1 euro. Nice little restaurant. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Definately would stay again. Room was warm even with a/c however you can open windows which worked.

Myself and my partner enjoyed our entire stay at the Premier Inn and we are looking forward to staying there again real soon. The pint of coke I ordered was a bit pricey, €6.10, I bought 24 cans of coke for €6, crazy!

The room was in immaculate condition and the bed was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel for a very reasonable price, and the food was delicious. It is very close to the airport and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or stay there again. May not be an issue specific to the hotel, but the phone in our room rang at 4.30am and disrupted our night's sleep. Reception could not explain this however. The vending machines did not have any water stocked.

Very impressed with this hotel. Rooms excellent, great value for money all round. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location to airport with a and very handy shuttle bus service across to the airport for just 1 euro per person. Would recommend this hotel if you need a stopover to catch a flight. Food in restaurant also good and and very cheap.

I spent an overnight stay waiting for a connecting flight from dublin, the staff were excellent, friendly and supportive. They helped me at a very late time of the night, paid for a taxi when the shuttle bus wasn't running, and overall were very professional and helpful. Couldn't fault it Fire alarm at 4,30am which was due to a stupid guest, dealt well by the staff.

I had to take my family on an outing to Dublin and was looking for a b&b when I stumbled across this hotel at bookin.com. The hotel is one of the most family friendl with an exceptional policy towards kids in that they stay and eat free. The hotel staff from the receptionist to the guy who showed us around our breakfast buffet were too good. I have been around the world a lot but staff courtesy and comfort wise, the Premier inn, Dublin clearly stands among my best experiences. The rooms are roomy, excuse the pun, clean and basic but good bathrooms. And most of all, their price easy beats any downtown b&b with free and plenty, covered parking. If you have a car, go straight there. Now I know I have a place to stay in Dublin. If they keep offering those great prices, I'll definitely return. Breakfast is super too. Nothing to complain, really but breakfast could do with some non-pork items, keeping in view the cross cultural spectrum of travellers.

“it was very handy for the airport, particularly with an early flight at 06.50, and the staff could not have been more helpful, even printing out my boarding pass for me. The hotel restaurant/cafeteria was also spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good.” Julia, Collonges |
