That it was within easy access to the airport as we were passig through Dudlin on this occassion,as it was late at night on our arrival the night staff were very helpful and it was also very good that a courtesy bus was available to bring us back to the airport at 6 30 the following morning.

Hotel was perfect and standard of room was more like an up market hotel than a budget hotel

breakfast finished at 9.30am which is quite early

Staff were very polite and helpful

Internet access only available by voucher or credit card. Would have preferred to have direct access in room so that we could use as and when we needed it. As it was - min time on voucher was 50 mins and on credit card 30 mins which had to be used up in one go. Not what we're used to. Could affect us staying again as we need the computer use on a regular basis.

The welcome at reception was very good and the fact of there being a courtesy shuttle was decisive in influencing my choice of hotel.

The lack of smoking rooms

Everyone is extremely friendly and the staff will do anything in their power to make the stay more enjoyable. We stayed in the hotel three times during 15 days since we went to Europe and then back to Ireland. They kept some of our luggage for us. They had a prefectly clean, new crib and diaper changing mat for the baby in the room and their Irish breakfast is a true feast.

The rooms were air conditioned, very clean and comfortable. The showers are brilliant!

There was only one drawer between the beds - so nowhere to put your clothes. Only 6 coat hangers for 2 people is not enough.

Friendly staff especially the Shuttle driver..

Not satisified with the food in the restaurant. The Irish stew was a disgrace. Also, told that there was no Harvey's Bristol Cream sherry when we saw it on the shelf earlier.
