The hotel was quite new and fresh. The staff were friendly and efficient. Despite its location close to the sirport, it was very quiet indeed. The shuttle service was frrequent and reliable. Meals were also fine. The charge for the breakfast was a liitle steep. We would have preferred an option just for a continental buffet. Much like we found in many European hotels, we found the puillows too soft and light. |

I had a query about car parking before my stay. I phoned the number provided by booking.com three times but, on each occasion, it cut out after only a couple of rings. I used the e-mail address provided by booking.com on 8/10/09. On 15/10/09, I received a reply saying that the message was undeliverable. Hardly acceptable as my stay was on 12/10/09!!! |

It was good to have a restaurant on site in a Premier Inn. The fact that I advised late arrival from Girona and yet was not told that the last shuttle bus from the airport departed at 22.45 finally having found the departure point for the shuttle bus and had waited 20 minutes, only to spot an A4 size sheet of paper with your times on stuck on the side window of the shelter. Very disappointing. Made me arrive extremely late at the hotel. |

A comfotable nights stay. The shuttle to the airport did not start early enough for us to use, the shuttle service was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. |

The convience to the airport. There was no room service available except for pizza. Customers with small children need more of a selection. |

Good location - only a 5 minute drive from the airport, and there was ample free parking all around the buliding. The room was a good size, very clean, great batroom, very comfortable, big beds. We checked in and 22:00 and there was no food available anywhere at the hotel. No restaurant, no snacks at the bar, no room service. We asked for any take-out menus - none available. We had been driving for 10 hours and were hoping for a hot meal. I expected an Airport hotel to have these services available around the clock - as people travel and fly at all hours of day. Also - in the morning - only continental breakfast available until 08:00 - we had to check out @ 7:00. |
