Clean comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant.
Staff pleasant and very helpful. Food and wine reasonable. Always quiet and comfortable in bedrooms. Cleanliness excellent.
The bus waiting area at the airport can be very cold.
When you needed towels you had to go down and get them yourself
Staff are always friendly and obliging, especially with young children
I was paying by cash and had no ID on me and it caused an issue at check in.
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Food decent!
Asked fir a wake up call, never received

The tv reception was very poor
Showers great for seniors Storage of luggage while in Spain All staff vey nice and helpful Already booked in for May
Nice pint of guinness for me and nice glass of wine for my wife.
Bit cold to sit too long in bar. I think the air conditioning was on when the heating system should have been on. Brrrrrrr.
No major surprises; it was what you'd expect from this type of hotel.
We were put in a "quiet" area of the hotel, but there was a family right across the hall making lots of noise well past midnight. Also, the airport shuttle is not free, it's one euro per person.
Bed extremely comfortable. Excellent Breakfast.
Having to pay for shuttle bus to airport
Found nearly everything excellent would stay again
The thing i didn't like was got charged over 9Euro for Tea and Toast just for myself
So inviting, great staff, beds, shower and breakfast. Will stay here again. Shuttle to airport only €1.
Smell coming up through sink in bathroom. Had to keep the plug in or it would stink up the bathroom.
The breakfast was great and the driver of the courtesy bus was very friendly.
Fabulous as usual
This was a relatively well run place with some very pleasant and helpful staff and an excellent manager. The room - after getting off to a freezing start - was extremely comfortable, pretty roomy and quiet. The breakfast was really fantastic. The airport shuttle was punctual, only cost a euro and was ultra convenient.
Some of the staff were notably sullen, rude, grudging and disrespectful - in striking contrast to their colleagues and the norm in Ireland. The bedrooms were freezing. We were moved twice but the heating did not work in either. This was not dealt with in an honest or efficient way. It took the best part of 24 hours to beg an electric heater out of the hotel and they kept insisting that the heating was functioning when it clearly was not. Other guests experienced exactly the same problem, with the same vacillation and unwillingness to admit to or deal with the issue. Especially unappreciated when coming in from more clement climes. It was near zero outside. We chose this hotel as we knew we would need reliable wifi - but were disastrously let down. The wifi only functioned intermittently over a three day stay, which could not have been more inconvenient in the circumstances. Again, there was a shifty and un-cooperative attitude from the staff. We came to the conclusion that wifi is only advertised as a device to bring in the punters. The staff seemed embarrassed and fully aware that - along with the heating - these things are not even expected to work as a general rule. Lastly, a small thing but a significant one as it reflects the overall penny-pinching nature of this establishment ... Despite there being two beds, only ONE had a purple runner over the quilt. This looked most peculiar and we had never seen the like before in all the world. In the promotional material, EVERY bed is OF COURSE made up with the decorative runner on each. Again, the housekeeping staff acted in a cagey way over this too. What we originally took to be a laundry mistake transpired to be another cost-cutting policy. This also applied - as pointed out by others - to the paltry provision of towels. Towels, thin and hanky-sized at that, for only one guest, even though there were two occupants in the room! This was all quite bizarre.
Priced reasonable for 1nights stay.
The bed in the room was extremely comfortable, the sit in shower was great and very spacious , room was spotless , restaurant in hotel had an amazing menu and very reasonable price , very safe hotel also and peaceful at night time , staff were very friendly all over hotel
