Great airport location. Quite simply, a nice place to stay near Dublin airport.
Comfy bed, only 5 minutes from the airport, friendly and helpful staff
Not ideal if looking for a city centre hotel but no other downsides to this hotel
Work being carried out in lobby to re design restaurant so we missed not being able to have a drink in the bar. Found room much too hot.Mixed information given by reception staff on how to regulate air conditioning in bedroom.
FRIENDLY STAFF COMFORT GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP BEFORE HEADING FOR SWITZERLAND
DIDN'T GET TO TRY OUT THE MENU!! REFURB!!
I liked the quiet, the cleanliness, the space and location.
Near Airport hotel and grounds where matches were played. Shopping to keeping young and older happy. Nice places to eat
Nothing it was all good
Everything, perfect place for a airport stopover!
Comfort and convenience, all facilities excellent in terms of value for money, staff very efficient, helpful and friendly, big shuttle bus very convenient, driver helpful
Wee bit of time to find the shuttle bus pick up and arrangements at the airport
Residants Bar closed very early. Space in the resident bar is quite refined
Location to the airport was fantastic. Staff checked us in quickly and off to bed following our late night arrival. Beds were comfortable and the room was nicely set-up.
Only thing would be that the lighting in the room could be a little better.
Had to arrange taxi to airport as shuttle did not start early enough
We got into airport at 12 midnight thinking we would get shuttle bus to hotel we were not notified about bus will not be staying there again very disappointed and upset not a good service
Price, proximity to the airport and regular shuttle to the airport.
Cafe was closed for renovation and there are only (bad) fast food options within walking distance. Communal type soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Bring your own.
Easy booking . location good . friendly staff.
Breakfast poor cold.and dry.
The location is ideal if you are flying in or out of the Dublin airport. The hotel is also within easy walking distance (about a 15 minute walk) to the town of Swords, which is a fairly good sized suburb with lots of pubs and a large shopping mall. The front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar on the premises, and The Esquire Café is right next door. The Café has good coffee, lunches and pastries all at reasonable prices.
The location is really only a good one if you want proximity to the airport. It is quite far from downtown, although it is on a bus route. The airport shuttle (it costs 1 Euro per person) is not the best. Our party and several other hotel guests almost missed the shuttle because it did not stop at the front door of the hotel as we were told it would. It actually stopped nearer to the Esquire Café, and you couldn't see it from the lobby of the hotel. I would strongly recommend waiting outside for the shuttle or it could be easily missed. Then, at the airport, the shuttle dropped everyone off in the parking lot, not at all close to the terminals. Anyone with mobility issues should take a cab to the airport instead. Internet access was supposed to be free for 1/2 hour a day in the room, but it cut off after about 10 minutes. It was also supposedly free all day in the lobby, but we weren't able to log on at all on our Ipad without paying, and the computers in the lobby were not free. The hotel bartender was rude and unfriendly the night that we stopped in.
Beds were very comfortable. Staff very helpful and professional. Car parking very convenient and indoors, don't forget to reserve parking.
Waiting time for the Premier bus at the airport is far too long, it added 40 mins to our trip home after getting off the flight, it is too long a wait if you have small kids, for me I had teenagers and with other company plus the weather was good. Getting a taxi would defeat the cost staying of stay at the Pemier Inn.
The Bed was very comfortable, excellent location for a night between connecting flights
The room was spacious, but felt empty, it would be nice if it was re-furnished & updated; a little of the wall paper was peeling off the wall.
Considering it was the only hotel we stayed at without free wifi and the highest star rating something didn't add up. We were on a floor with loud kids up till 4:30.
Great location Great facilities value for money
We were room 520 the security door was directly outside which caused a lot of noise most of the evening, people didn't realise they needed to use their key card to gain entry, conversations ensued and this caused a disappointing evening as it went on throughout the night
Friendly staff, good value meal, comfortable bed, courtesy bus
Cold wait of half an hour for bus
Slept very well, very quiet . excellent for travelling from airport. Lots of restaurant's to eat in within walking disrance .
Everything was comfortable and clean. Although the hotel was having problems in the kitchen with the gas, the staff was able to accommodate all who wanted dinner with tasty options. The staff was extraordinary. The wait staff even inquired if we were comfortable in our rooms!!! I've never had this happen in all the hotels I have stayed in. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel. Each room had individually controlled heat/cold thermostats. The lighting was excellent for in bed reading & applying contact lenses and make-up in the bathroom. It would seem to be a fairly new establishment with many of the modern conveniences.
The walk from the bus stand to and from Dublin airport in the cold and rain was not pleasant. Although the rooms are exceptional, there is no kleenex/paper tissues supplied or other amenities. This can be over looked, though, when the other comforts are observed. Also no hairdryer. The room was made up for one person with only one towel in the bathroom. There was one extra towel on the coat rack. Glad I didn't wash my hair as I need both towels and we would have been down one for my husband. I am sure that if we had asked for any of the above, the item would have been brought to the room. The most negative issue is the bus and being let off with four cases to trek thru Terminal 2 to get to Terminal1. Be prepared!!
Hotel was very nice, ideal for our early flight.Staff very friendly
Bedroom far too warm and beds very uncomfortable.
Large room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, shuttle to the airport, free parking, excellent breakfast, tea and coffee facilities in the room, clean, perfect stay, great value for money!
