The cleanliness of everything, the space, the shower, the beds, the quietness, the food in the restaurant, the staff.
Great staff, lovely room - will definitely stay here again
Good food in restaurant Room clean & well maintained
Difficult to adjust air-con which resulted in the room being too warm making it difficult to sleep
The food was nice
The staff were very rude! One of the waitress was very rude when taking our order, told us we only had 4 mins to order as the kitchen was closed, if she had told us that before she gave us a table we wouldn't have went in to order in the first place. When 2 men came in and ordered, one man ordered milk and she got him coke, when she realised she got it wrong she and 2 other staff members skitted and laughed in front of everyone and made a scene. Just very unprofessional and rude!
very large bed
Location,Price, cleanliness, and quiet area. Staff friendly.
Had to wait 55 minutes for shuttle bus as it doesnt run between 18:30 and 19:30(Sunday evening). Wasnt aware of this until i arrived at the hotel. How ever this was my fault Next time ill catch a taxi
The staff was friendly. They helped me with every question I had.
The wifi in the lobby was quick (10-25mbps). That's free wifi that anyone can utilize. The wifi you are required to pay for in your room was extremely slow (.5mbps - 1.4mbps), and limited to one device. It was typically on the lower end of the spectrum, except at 3am.
Easy access to Swords
I was given a disabled room and room was cold
It was so hot I couldn't cope. Someone left heat on 30. Opened windows but loud (with windows closed very quiet)
Lovely hotel. Arrived in at ten o'clock at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean, room nice and warm. I checked out at four the next morning and staff very pleasant. Would definitely use this hotel again for airport pick ups etc. travel lodge could learn a lot from the Premier Inn group.
It would have been nice if there was a place we could have got food within the hotel, but we did know going down that the restaurant would be closed and it was late so really not an issue.
Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty and the location is was great for my purpose. Very comfortable stay.
Even though I had booked a room with two double beds for two people to stay, there was only one set of towels. Minor annoyance, but annoyance just the same.
We had just arrived home from The Canary Islands and were very very cold, we had to take a taxi from the airport as we arrived at midnight. the staff at the hotel were most helpful and gave us the key to a lovely heated bedroom and very comfortable bed, Thank You
Very nice staff. Great location near to the airport. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient shuttle to airport.
No grocery stores near by.
the efficiency, of how hotel is run, the friendly staff
Not enough towels.
We checked in a 9pm after a long flight, and had a tasty light meal in the restaurant (last orders 9.50pm). The beds were comfortable, room clean, and included breakfast very good. Excellent value money.
Uninspiring location, and narrow corridors with frequent fire-doors tricky with heavy luggage.
Staff was extremely helpful
very cold atmosphere
Everything was to expected .
€1 bus shuttle a real bargain. Adjustable heat setting in room and not on a timer.comfortable beds and pillows.
Cold Atmosphere in reception area. Breakfast ok but no fresh fruit.location not brilliant, not walking distance from city etc.
We stayed here for one night during a nearly 24 hour layover in Dublin. Their bus runs regularly, every 30 minutes, and costs one euro per person. We appreciated the frequency of the bus and the short drive to and from the airport (about 15 minutes). This is not a fancy hotel, but the amenities are perfect for jet-weary travelers.
Nothing comes to mind.
When we checked in, which was quite late, we were given a choice of 2 rooms, a normal lower level room or a 4th floor balcony room which we were told might be a little colder anyway we opted for the balcony room which was huge, would definetly book one of these rooms again especially if you can choose a room like we had.
Very easy going and ideal for the busy traveller to Dublin.Everything is available in Hotel and closeby.
A positive experience overall but could do with more comfortable seating in Lobby for relaxing.
Its ideal for a stop over, Nice food in the bar.
we arrived late and could not get food in the bar which was pity as it wasnt too late
Room was excellent
had to pay for interned (after 30 mins)
