Bedroom 214 as there was constant noise from the vents (air-con) on the roof.

The staff were very friendly the hotel was warm food was great and kids had a ball

staffs are very welcoming... food - try the sea baas in the restaurant, very nice. nice pool. everything was great and they deserve to be recomended

I had an executive room which was spacious and equipped well enough. The food was decent for a hotel.

No option on booking.com to book as single occupant. Was charged for 2 people which was double the price, no flexibility was made on this. Room was cold.

Food and spa bath

Iron did not work ,lights out in toilet and shaving difficult, pass key card did not work when getting to room and had to walk back to reception,

Some staff were a little held back. I think if the exceptional ones weren't working there then this wouldn't have been so noticeable. We had a sleepless night on the first night as there was a wedding with very inconsiderate guests shouting, laughing and slamming doors literally all night - and as we were out there working, that was not good!! And apparently the hotel is very popular with weddings. So it's worth dropping the hotel an email to check if there is a wedding and (if so) insisting you are not put anywhere near them. Four of my group were on the same floor and we didn't sleep a wink. One was on the first floor and didn't have any disturbance. I did ask the next morning if we could move if there was going to be a repeat/another wedding, I told there wasn't and often weddings are noisy, but I was told I should've complained to the night manager at the time. Which wasn't fair - why should it be guests' responsibility to ensure a quiet environment. Added to the noisy guests I also have to add that the doors at this hotel slam the loudest I have ever heard!! The hotel isn't particularly noisy in terms of cars/traffic and I think we might have been able to adjust to the noisy guests even (bit like living near a railway, you get used to it) but the sporadic slamming of doors would wake the dead. Really annoying. You need to look at a soft closing mechanism or some sort of soundproofing.

Good size hotel with restaurant, bar and breakfast included. Easy check-in/out

Rooms have walls like paper, you can hear every whisper from the next room and corridor. Bring earplugs!

While the room was large and very clean there was a lingering smell of stale cigarettes and that for a non smoker was unpleasant

Stayed at the hotel to see the High Kings. Really good facilities.

The staff in the bar and restaurant were the most ignorant I've ever experienced. They could do nothing that would have made them more rude. Really spoilt such a wonderful hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent. Had Dinner which was delicious and the breakfast is well worth getting out of bed for! Nice relaxed atmosphere in the Hotel and is a short walk from the town centre.

I have stayed at the Tullamore Court beofre and it is a really lovely hotel, I was there for sad reasons (a funeral) but I will be back in better times!!!!
