I did not like anything about my stay in the Two Mile Inn I found everything to be sub par and in desperate need of renavation and up dating. In short, everything |

Great location for Thomond Park. Loved their shuttle bus service to and from the venue. Could do with a little facelift! |

The hotel has not been refurbished in many years I would estimate 20. The curtains were so threadbare you could see through them at points, the grout in the bathroom was black, the room and bathroom were dusty, overall the hotel is of a very low standard. |

the staff on arrival were very friendly even though they couldn't find our reservation and just started calling out names.we could have checked in under anyones name.the breakfast was very tasty and alot of variety which is perfect.the rooms were very comfortable although the second bed in my room 406 had a huge dent in the matress definately needs replacing, the one huge problem with the hotel was when i requested an ashtray for my room.although the staff were very prompt in delivering it to my room it was filthy and it wasn't even an ashtray it was a sugar bowl that was used as an ashtray and it wasn't even cleaned after the last use.it was just emptyed into a bin and brought to me.that was very unprofessional. |

The hotel is practical and efficient with helpful and friendly staff. Well located just outside the city. It shows its age. Slightly dowdy, old-fashioned fittings in bedroom. |

Noisy pipework on water system and disturbances in corridors due to activities of other guests. Very poor condition of bathroom. |

Easy access to Shannon Airport Damp / mould on wall next to shower. The room was very hot and difficult to cool down room. Radiators had no thermostats - could not turn them off. Had to leave windows open but this was a ground floor room with no way to limit how far the wndow could open. |

The room was warm The window in the corridor beside our room was broken with a plastic sheet covering it, when we arrived at 8pm, not a very welcoming sight, safety wise, and did not instill much confidence in hotel security. There were no soft drinks or bottles of water in the corridor machine dispenser and the radiator pipes were rattling loudly all night so we didn't get any sleep. |

easy to access, value for money Room was cold, had to ask to put on heating, toilet didn't flush but was moved promptly when asked, during a major rugby match, didn't have sky sports to show live on tele in bar even though they had a big screen, had to go out and across to bar, no news papers |

We arrived after an early morning flight and were allowed into our rooms at 10:00 am, and could then still get breakfast in the associated bistro-pub next door after 10:30 am. Breakfast was very good value at €7.50 in both hotel and pub. Probably needs some refurbishment but nevertheless represented excellent value for money |

It would be hard for me to give an honest answer as we were only there for a short time. We arrived at about eight thirty had a few drinks in bar and we got up at six in morning and left. It is a pity that there was not something for kids to do. We stayed with kids (ageing 8, 14, 15 ). we were with another couple and had a few drinks in bar (only ones there) and kids were a bit bored |
