Attentiveness from staff, ready to solve problems Taxi at door Plenty of places to eat cheap, and shoppings for the small items we could need, unexpectedly, or even light food.

Very friendly, great location in Rathmines. Brilliant pub and restaurant. Basic but clean. Parking free which is great. Breakfast was very nice, again staff were lovely. It was too expensive for what it was.... I've stayed in nicer hotels in temple bar for a good bit less.

The Uppercross House hotel has friendly and helpful staff and I found the bed very comfortable. Generally was nice, but a few things could be improved, such as WiFi signal in room was quite weak, music in next door pub was loud late at night and the shower head was in an awkward position that made showering a challenge. Also note that hotel is not in city center, which is about 30 mins by foot.

Staff were extremely helpful at all times. Went out of their way to help us during our stay. Our room was located beside the stairs so we heard everything at night time.

Breakfast was great. Lively pub next door. Staff are friendly. It's good value. Bathroom had an over powering smell of a chemical toilet.

Staff very helpful and the room that I was given was spacious and well equiped. The room was cold when I arrived and it took quite a long time for the underfloor heating to kick in.

The rooms were clean and everything worked. Staff were all friendly. Free parking. Breakfast was decent. Some of the toast was burnt (although we got more). No veggie option for the cooked breakfast. A bit further from the canal than the website (booking.com) indicated.

All the staff with the exception of one, was absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and a pleasure to be staying there. Breakfast was excellent. One young girl member of staff, unhelpful and unwilling to listen to point of view.

Heated floors. Good Shower. Comfy bed. Quiet area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Strong smell of smoke in the hallways. The smoking and no-smoking rooms were not separated as I had been assured they were.
