Score from 410 reviews Very good
Very clean, friendly and comfortable. Underfloor heating in the room was excellent.
WiFi failed when we were there.
The location of this hotel is very handy. Overall it is good value for money.
I found it quite noisy and at times hard to sleep. Maybe it was the location of my room (#19). I would ask for another if I was to stay there again. Also I found that some of the staff at reception weren't very friendly. And ideally I would have liked the heating on in my room. The radiators were cold and as I was ill that wasn't great.
Very warm and Comfortable.
Hairdryer very old fashioned and not user friendly!!
Very helpful staff and nice clean spacious room
Very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities and breakfast, great pub next door. We had an enjoyable stay.
Wifi a bit erratic at times
Friendly and Proffessional staff
Usual friendly welcome on arrival and on checking out.
Noisy on Saturday night when guests in neighbouring room were attempting to access their room.
Friendly staff. Good location to taxis, buses into city centre and shops.
Car park has been full the last two times stayed here. Opted for scrambled eggs over full irish breakfast, portion very small.
Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Management were very flexible and understanding with my booking
Friendliness, politness, position, clean..
That I couldn't be provided with a bed for my granddaughter & had to leave her with friends close by. The room was very cramped.
Liked the location as you could walk to Stephens Green in about 30 mins. Food in Mother Reilly's which is attached was excellent. Will stay again on next visit to Dublin.
Breakfast was only average but was included in the price. Door between pub and rooms didn't lock so as a solo female traveller, felt a bit vulnerable.
We stayed 3 nights during websummit 2014, and we enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Also not so far from event venue RDS. Good value for money.
Breakfast can be better. It was a bit poor.
bed was very comfortable, free parking, pleasant staff
room was very small, very clean but a but well-used
Just plain good facilities at moderate prices.
Only thing I can think of is that the bedsheets had a quite strong odor of soap.
Lovely location within Rathmines, great bar, great food and we struck lucky with great music by Stephen Finlay and band!
Kitchen fans just outside bedroom, shower poor!
value for money good location good breakfast excellent bus route very clean friendly staff
key card kept deactivating and had to keep going back and fort to reception.
Easy location, bright and welcoming. The desk staff were really helpful. Good place to stay for city visit.
Staff were very friendly despite late check in on my part, budget room, very clean,
Beds are very hard!
Good clean comfortable room. Pet friendly. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Convenient free parking at the rear of the hotel. Relatively short drive to Dublin Dock which was our purpose for staying here for a second time. Free wifi is also good.
Underfloor heating was turned off and took an hour or two to rev up however to be fair we were offered a heater so not really a complaint!
The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful to us ignorant Aussies, we were able to park our hire car out the back in their private car park, the room was large enough to accommodate my wife, myself and also my sister who joined us from the UK, all facilities were good and the breakfast excellent! It was an easy trip in to the centre of Dublin and likewise the airport!
Staff on duty during our stay weren't the friendliest, some staff didn't even bother to look at us let alone greet us. Having come from Australia and travelled the UK Scotland and Ireland we felt really disappointed with this hotel.
Have stayed here many times before and was always good - free parking, nice breakfast, good sleep & friendly staff.
Stayed in room 28, could hear my neighbor snoring through the wall at 3am. The same neighbor had the tv blaring at 8am the next morning (it felt like it was 5cm away from my head board). When I went for breakfast at 10am I had to call a member of staff over to order (waiting around 10 minutes) and ordered a fry. 10 minutes later was told they had ran out of sausages. Had planned on informing reception upon check out but was never asked how my stay was.
Brecky was v good. Would stay here again
The tiles in the bedroom not very nice. To much heat
