Dissappointing. Originally booked room with bath - got shower. They said I booked only a shower room and were quite argumentative about it. This was not appropriate as the room initially given smelled of dampness. Complained-requested to cancel. They said they would charge us for one person. Decided to avail of the upgrade to room with bath, despite the fact that I stated my experience of a welcome had been ruined - I really just wanted to go home. This was €150 too much for any experience. We were upgraded to room with bath. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed but not functional. The flat screen TV did not work. There were bulbs missing. The tea and coffee tray was in a corner where there was no plug and had to be moved on to the ground at opposite side of room to find plug. Breakfast was overrated. Ordered pancakes. One was burned. Granted it was peak summer time, buy at €150, it was also ridiculuously overpriced considering its price given in hotel guides is much less. The bar and restaurant were charmless despite genuinely lovely waiting staff. |

myself and my husband both found the hotel excellent. The staff were all very nice and very helpfull. The room we stayed in was excellent, very comfortable and very clean. The food in the hotel was also excellent. We will return again soon.It was one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in. There was nothing we could say wrong with this Hotel. |

fantastisches Hotel mit tollem Service, bekamen ein Upgrade und damit ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit Whirlpool im Bad, das Essen ist fantastisch, in der Bar ist es günstiger als im Restaurant, aber aus der gleichen Küche, das Thai Curry ist sehr empfehlenswert, ein super Hotel!!!! |
