Staff were 2nd to none , was offered tea or coffee at check in and handed a daily newspaper , was very impressed by this . Rooms clean and tidy but got very stuffy even when heating was turned off. Location, had to get taxi's into town and back which hadn't budgeted for .

Excellent value and very friendly Hotel Disappointed that the restaurant was not opened for Dinner and as it was a bank holiday I was somewhat disappointed there was no music in the bar

Staff very friendly and helpful,especially Louise at reception.Bar staff excellent also and sizzlers delicious.Room perfect,nice and warm. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers visiting Waterford.

the first nyte we stayed there we had a lovely comfortable king size bed and room was lovely and warm last time I stayed I made the same booking and we had a double bed and no heating in the room I requested it to go on at reception and they said they put it on put it didn't come on until the morning

Clean, convenient friendly and well priced Food, and didnt like the fact that waitress doesnt bring water to the table. Small thing but didnt like having to get water from fountain myself, espically if tired after long day. 2Nd night I spent there, there was adjoining door and could hear everything from room next door.

Sarah in the Asgard Bar. Could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My travelling companion had stayed there three years ago and remembered Sarah for exactly those qualities that once again, she showed in abundance.
