overall the hotel was of a high quality Ther was an odour in the bathroom that seemed to eminate from the wash basin drain pipe. I mentioned this to the cleaner on the Saturday before the room was cleaned but it was still there when we left on Sunday. |

The hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great location only 2min taxi to the city centre. entertainment at night in the hotel bar was suitable for mature couples. |

Hotel has spacious parking space. Room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

We had a roof over our heads It is an older, worn, hotel in need of refurbishing. Our toilet did not work, our restaurant orders were wrong, some of the wait staff were a littel rude. In addition, the hotel is sandwiched in between two car dealerships, in a not very good section of the city. |

The actions of management in resolving a couple of problems. In any organisation things can go wrong - it's how they're put right that's important. There were a couple of issues with the housekeeping but these were eventually resolved to our complete satisfaction. |

I really liked the warm welcome we got on arrival from that nice lady at reception. When I booked on line I was charged 75 euro per night room rate to arrive down and find a sign outside offering rooms at 69 euro. |

staff very helpful chef even stayed late one night as we could not get back in time for dinner for 15 of us the big glass windows in certain rooms with no nets and a full view of the car park if you was in your room you had to keep the main curtains drawn for any privacy which made the room very dark! |
