The room was perfect, heating was on before I arrived so that was nice on a cold winter's night. Also the receptionsist could not have been more helpful. I would totally stay here again. |

Mattress quality is very poor (very soft). They put me in a room close to the aircnondition installation, so I couldn't open my window. |

Good sized room. Good selection of English speaking TV stations.Rooms have kettles! See disadvantages below. Location could be a big plus. Location fine for me. For vistitors it is a little out of town on the Cork road at the butlerstown round about. This roundabout is at end of the new Waterford by pass. if you take it you have to pay the 1.90 toll over the bridge. |

Very clean and comfortable room, helpfull staff. we were travelling around Ireland and the location of the hotel was very convinient. The food offered in the restaurant was good |

Reception staff warm and friendly, Resturant and bar staff used first name which, when on business made the visit more pleasureable. The breakfast buffet kept me going all day until dinner - keep it up ! Nothing springs to mind. |

Couple just stayed one night.The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and bright, buffet breakfast was good, price of hotel was reasonable, free sky channels (movies) excellent, just one fault we asked for a bucket of ice to be delivered to our room and it never arrived but overall we enjoyed our stay and would reccomend this hotel to anyone. :) |
