We requested a quiet room and I believe we got real value for money. Apart from an occasional loud (Italian) guest slamming the door in our corridor at night, our sleep was not disturbed and we left well rested. I think a hotel of this standard should offer free internet/wireless internet access to it's guests. |

Very conveniently located with only a short walk to the main shopping areas and places of interest. The staff were generally friendly and I would consider staying there again. On the 2nd morning we encountered a queue for a table in the restaurant for breakfast so the restaurant aught to have been bigger for the size of the hotel in order to accommodate more people at any one time. |

the dinning room staff were very friendly and welcomming. the receptionist was unhelpful and very dissmissive of qny queries we had. The hotel decor is not as it appears in the pictures. it is extremely dated. the hotel cleanliness was very poor. there was a peanut on our room floor when we arrived and we decided to leave it there and to see when the room would be hoovered. however on our check out day which was three days later, the peanut was still on our room floor.. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff and close to centre. Felt my single room could do with fresh coat of paint and my friend found her room very noisy with slamming fire door and traffic noise from busy road windows only single glazing. |

The Hotel was in a great location and the breakfast staff were very friendy and speedy as they were very busy. However I did feel that the reception staff could improve on their greeting and meeting skills as they were not very welcoming ! |

I always stay at this hotel when in Dublin because it has everything I need. It's located right in the city centre but is peaceful and quiet. Comfortable rooms, clean and a filling breakfast. The secure car parking is also great. |

There are alot of doors in the hotel. I had also serious problem with a kind of strange smell in the couriers. I also did not like the breakfast. You have not many options. |
