Friendly staff, close proximity to town centre.

The staff are incredibl'y friendly and the kitchen is excellent - we as a group had requested bar snacks for a post-concert party and expecting a tray of triangualr sandwiches were pleasantly surprised by an array of Tapas! The breakfast the following morning was also excellent - from porridge to full Irish with an array in between.

First impression of the room is that it is a little shabby, but very clean and beds very comfortable.

We didn't find the rooms we saw on the photos; rooms smell like wet..hard to breathe; the space..the rooms are really really small..not as shown on photos..with the case on floor is really difficult to move..we're really sorry for this comment but it's reality

very quite and yet close to city centre

The location was brilliant and the Ward's Bar very pleasant and cozy.

The rooms should be more updated with furniture and heating in bathroom would be great! (We had room no. 18). Something about steep and narrow stairs should be done as well.

the breakfast- tasty food and very good service. the rooms were clean. when we needed one room changed because it was too small we got the service right a way

too many stairs to get to the rooms and the entrance is stuffy when u get in. the towels were old and torn we had them changed . the place could use re modelling to make it brighter

Ottimo albergo di gestione familiare. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico, camera sempre pulitissima, colazione eccellente. La posizione è perfetta a metà tra la città e la spiaggia di Salthill. Siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Perfect hotel: very helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, very good breakfast, Location is perfect, 10 minutes from city center and also 10 minutes from the Salthill beach. Absolutely recommended. And Galway is a wonderful place!!!

Die Nähe zum Standzentrum war ideal und das irische Frühstück üppig.

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres : 1 double et 2 singles. Elles sont toutes les 3 assez petites. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Pour arriver au 2nd étages, l'escalier est très en pente ce qui est risqué avec des valises.

J'ai adoré l'ambiance qui pouvait régner dans cette hôtel qui fait aussi pub. C'est vraiment très chaleureux et le service est très bien.

Des cloisons peut-être un peu fine qui n'empêche pas de bien dormir

Rooms were fairly small and cramped. Noise from other guests doors closing was very loud as was use of stairs etc. Bathroom towels never matched and were tatty at times. Our group were drinking Bud Ice but there were no ice cold glasses available, big disappointment. No residents bar either.
