Very friendly staff, good location, good value for the money
Room was a bit cold
Ease of checkin. Room was spotless, beds very comfortable.
Location is very good; staff are helpful and breakfast was excellent.
There was little room to move about and place suitcases etc., in the room, though it was a double.
Stuck at Hollyhead due to delayed ferry. Spent an enjoyable 2-3 hours here. Good food and beer and good prices. Staff all very nice.
Nothing - we loved the place.
Very nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable clean room
It did what it said it will do. Clean and warm with friendly staff. Good breakfast
Climbing to the 3rd floor but staff great in helping with luggage
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent wifi. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is not in the city centre but there are plenty of buses and it is a pleasant walk, assuming the weather is good.
We liked virtually everything about Waterloo Lodge. As we left very early on our third and last day we were pleased to be left a breakfast tray the evening before.
On the second morning of our 3 night stay the cooked part of our breakfast was delivered to our table before we had eaten our cereal.
Room hotel standard - friendly staff - good variety of breakfast. Good locvation in D4
A good Welcome Free Wi-fi Good breakfast , with what I wanted on my plate how I wanted it cooked. Good Location for walking or bus to city shops.
Need to up grade their bathroom sink.
Warm friendly welcome Comfortable room TV, Wi fi Hearty breakfast served by friendly staff
There was nothing to dislike
Location to town centre, access to bus routes. Free parking on premises.
I had only booked 1 night, but I found the room to be very small even for 1 person. The private bathroom was tiny, the shower unit rather cramped.
Everything was great. We really loved that little Bed&Breakfast... Its very close to the city centre. Before the check in we had contact by phone to tell them about tha late check-in, which is no problem at all. The room and the breakfast was also really nice.. Beatrix gave us a very warm welcome and explained us the where to go in the city...We're coming back for sure.. Please keep up the good work!!!!
Lovely comfortable room, great shower and delicious breakfast
Location, staff, parking, amazing value for money, fresh cooked breakfast
The staff is absolute cooperative and excellent.
On check in the staff at the Reception Desk was pleasant , friendly and helpful ,
The lady in the dining room was unhelpful and I would consider very dismissive and seem to be on a mobile phone most of the time, I went for a walk and on return could not find the door key and rang the bell again the same lady came out still on a phone and rudely said that's why you have a key, needs training in the art of service!
Helpful staff, good location, fast wifi, fine breakfast
The building is bit old, but clean.
Great place to stay
Locality was excellent for the aviva stadium and very quiet and comfortable
location, staff, size and comfort of rooms,
- very nice & kind people who work there - good breakfast - very good beds - cute Hotel
Loved everything about this place. The staff were friendly & helpful allowing us to check in early for our son's graduation. Our room was very spacious & quiet as requested & Breakfast was delicious
Breakfast cooked to order every day Very comfy bed. Very good wifi speed and coverage. Staff happy and pleasant.
Room was quite dated and needed repair. Couple of power sockets near bedhead had been knocked out of the wall and were hanging loose. Bathroom very tired and couldn't shower for long or the water would have overflowed from the shower tray and flooded the bathroom. Lift was never working - got told everyday by staff that it was going to be fixed 'tomorrow'. Not too much of an issue for me but older people might not be happy lugging cases up 3 flights of stairs.
Breakfast very good, full Irish, fruit and coffee set me up for the day. Bus stop just outside very handy too. Place was clean and well maintained. Did the job I needed, well located to where I was going.
Bed was a bit squeaky. Not a major issue though.
