The room, very spacious and clean. The reception staff helpful and friendly. The staff in general is always smiling. Lovely breakfast.

I was given a sea view room right on the beach at no extra cost. Staff are very attentive.

Sheila at reception very helpful, friendly, and good at her job and [I never met her before]. Lovely area, good food, nice walks along the beach. And for the first time ever in a hotel I had to turn down the heat in the room. Thanks and keep up the standards We will be back.

The cold weather we had snow. But not your fault ha ha.

Management and staff very helpful and pleasant. They made you feel at home, even when they were under pressure.

Arriving at our designated room (which was non-smoking) to find a terrible stink of cigarette smoke.

The weather was freezing cold and snowing but the friendliness of the staff and warmth and comfort of the hotel soon warmed us up. Beautiful location yet very close to Dublin and the airport. Excellent.

Heating was a problem.Could not turn off when room was a very hot .Otherwise excellent

EVERYTHING, first moment of contact to saying goodbye the staff, in particular Karen and Milana were professional, friendly and even funny! Location is right on the beach, literally the most spectacular sunrise you willl ever see (and I watched the sunrise from the himalayas ) it didnt have a patch on the red sun above a stormy irish sea at 7am! Food and Room service excellent, Rooms are big, good control over the heating system in the rooms, views are amazing, clean, quiet, facilities in the hotel room, tea, coffee, constant hot water, towels, hairdryer, you name it for such an amazing price! Seriously I can not recommend staying here enough. I will 100000% return here, ps im from dublin, I didnt want to travel, as I travel with work and I wanted to just unwind somewhere close, I travel a lot with work, thats how impressed I am with this place!

This hotel is a hidden gem, ive previously stayed and have enjoyed it on each occasion.pleasant staff, gorgeous and reasonably priced food and breathtaking views.Definitely staying again.

My entire experience bar 2 staff members (entertainer and gentleman at reception at check in) Everything else seemed to be handed to you in a sly and underhanded manner with no regard for the customer.

Room with sea view

This is one of the best experiences my wife and I had. The staff went above and beyond when we arrived and were very professional, friendly, and funny. One thing we realized after we arrived was they offered airport pickup and drop-off. They also offer transportation to and from the nearest train station for a 15 min train ride into Dublin. We stayed 4 days at the hotel and didn't do anything except walk the trails along the coastline which was picturesque to say the least. Our room faced the ocean and was perfect. The food in the pub/bar was excellent and you get more than your monies worth.

I liked how the staff are friendly and know how to talk to customers! I really enjoyed the gardens and the location of the hotel especially the sea view frol the executive rooms of Howth island. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who want a luxury stay with a out of Ireland holiday feel to it. Kindest regards Keith.

All staff we found to be very helpful & friendly & found the courtesy bus very useful as we were visiting friends in Portrane.

Rooms quite small. Got no sleep due to noisy group out in corridor until 7.30 am .noiecwas so loud they may have been in your room.
