People that owned it very nice and very helpful
Wifi wouldn't connect poor signal people in the rooms upstairs very loud could hear everything
The comfortable bed and later checkout
Low water pressure
Nice bnb. About 20 min walk to town center.
ROOM was ok for the price excellent value Hosts were excellent
hot water seemed to be on a timer and heating system on a timer thermostatic V|v's work well when the system is on all n all not bad , but a bit more heat in reception on arrival would make a hell of a difference
Very accommodating, great location for Ennis Trad Fest, very welcoming :)
Had to pay full rate for my son. no Wi Fi connection in bedroom, tv was only in black and white
The breakfast was tasty
I could hear guests either side of my room including above. People coming back from clubs and pubs and a baby crying kept me up for a few hours. I suggest investing in proper sound insulation for more privacy.
The room was beautiful & our hosts were very friendly & helpful. We had the full Irish breakfasts which was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this to family & friends.
One small point - we were only given 1 hand towel. I would suggest 2 hand towels especially having to use one to dry your hair after a shower.
The minute I walked into the premises, there was a musty smell and a cold atmosphere, it appeared to be ok from the outside but v dreary indeed. The problem were behind the scene. The nicest part of the entire house was the reception area but the couch was so dated, all furniture in fact. The bed I slept in was a horrific, falling apart. The food horrible, v basic with no variety. Most definitely in my opinion, not a 3 star standard. There was no professionalism nor hospitality at all. Having worked as a professional within the hospitality industry, I firmly believe that this premises is not as described. The owner's husband was nice but clearly hen pecked. The owner herself when approached with a complaint, didn't give a toss. A rude individual with no personality. I would not recommend this property.
The banter with Donal and Sheila. Lovly lovly people
There was nothing to dislike
Location to the town Friendly advice
Wi-Fi didn't work - which is a pity as they had gone to a lot of trouble and expense to provide a service. I hope they get it sorted soon
location - outside town but less than five minute drive Very Quiet Friendly staff
Bed sheets not coordinated Bed sheets old and faded. Towels hard and frayed Beds very small Smell of frying/ old cooking oil throughout
Very nice place. Wifi did not work in the room, owner said he will be rectifying this very soon. Owner was very helpful.
Everything is perfect
The wi-fi is totally poor in my room but is ok in the dinning room
The excellent accommodation and the splendid couple who run it. Very clean, very well run. Easy parking. Cordon bleu breakfasts.
Can't think of anything.
Everything, really lovely
He was helpful and tried to get the wifi working better
I was unable to get wifi and although my husband. Old get it all he could do was download his emails
Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Our double room was charmingly decorated with 4-poster bed. We enjoyed tea and chocolate in our rooms. Yeah - there's a hairdryer!
Our 2nd room we booked for our kids with 2 single beds was not as charming. Breakfast was not included in our Booking.com deal. The lamp on my side of bed could not be plugged in - no outlet nearby.
The owners were more than helpful
The staff were friendly and efficient.
The wifi did not work
comfortable beds, nice traditional irish breakfast, exceptionally clean room nice showers, friendly staff and walking distance from town center
wifi struggled to reach the top floor, but is easily accessible on the floors below
beds and space
en-suite, noisy traffic, wi-fi unavailable
Staff friendly helpful nice and clean
A noise all night as if a fridge or washing machine was on very little sleep
Room was on the ground floor with a private entrance.
Only on double bed for me and my friend when we had requested two beds. Outside entrance was a sliding door which could not be left open for ventilation. House was quite a walk town for dining and shopping.
