The location of the hotel was very good and the food, value for money. We are extremely unhappy when the roof of the Boru's restaurant leaked tremendously, we were surprised that the hotel staff did not evacuate the bar for health and safety reasons, as a result we did not feel safe in the bar after this. I have stayed on numerous occasions with Lynch hotels and was surprised that this occurred. |

The staff at reception were very friendly and extremely helpful always, so much so that we didn't complain about being given such a small room. We booked a large family room that sleeps 5, unfortunately we didn't get that. We got a small room with an extra bed brought in for our stay. |

It was near the town but not too near. It was nice and peaceful and quiet at night. The room temperature was perfect. I wanted a fresh sandwich at about 6 pm but there were only packaged ones or else hot food. |

Hotel receptionist friendly and helpful.Evening meal in restaurant very nice. Cafe West good for light breakfast. Easy to find and short walk to Town. Asked for Tv to be tuned in to BBC twice, this was not done.Wouldn't normally have minded but was Wimbledon! Irish breakfast was mostly overcooked and neither that or the continental were comparable to other hotels for the money charged. Light reported broken not fixed. 2nd set of towels not relaced when only one kept for reuse. TV problem was fsame for two rooms booked likewise the towels. |

staff friendly and responsive. Food overpriced we suspect. Minor facility problems reported and hopefully will be repaired. Wish they had had a hairdryer in the room. |

I was very pleased with the friendly attitude of the staff of the hotel. It was an interesting experience to meet local people in the restaurants and bars of the hotel and feel the spirit of the Irish people. Thanks for the wonderful time! |

I liked the comfort, cleanliness, nice staff, leisure centre and proximity to the town of Ennis. Breakfast was limited while quite expensive. There was no resident's lounge where we could get a drink when we returned at midnight. However, a staff member tracked down a small bottle of wine for us. |

Big carpark; good leisure centre with 3 pools including a small one for kids; generally quite pleasant staff. The hotel in whole but especially the room made an impression that it needs some investments and renovations. |
