Facilité de trouver l'établissement. Personnel performant, habitué à recevoir des touristes étrangers Attention grand établissement, un peu usine. Peu être cher selon les périodes de réservation. |

Not much i'm afraid I booked at this hotel because their quality has always been to a high standard.This one was not.It is in need of an overhall & many quality & comfort requirements should be improved.To make matters worse the corridors smelt badly of cigarettes & someone had opened the fire exit door to try to remove the smell but had left the lights on near this door which had allowed many moskito nats in. |

I liked the staff's attitude which was very professional and friendly. I felt very welcome at the hotel and I'd hope to use it again in the future should I need to. The bathroom wasn't lit very well in the room I was staying in. Besides that I thought it was a very good hotel. |

As the weather was not so good during our stay and prevented us from enjoying the pleasant surroundings of Ennis, we availed of the fabulous pools and leisure center. |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the use of the hotels broadband facilities is excellent. I travel everywhere with my laptop and I would NOT stay in any hotel that didn't offer broadband. I need to stay in contact every day. Just a few points on this....the tables in the bar area were way too high for the chairs that were around them. ..it was very awkward especially trying to eat the bar food.....there was a stale musty smell when you got off the elevator on the 2nd floor...it was like dampness...the waiting staff were very inexperienced....with the money you pay, you shouldn't have to self service your breakfast. |
