Originally built in 1867, this charming townhouse has been tastefully renovated in a modern style, while still retaining its historic charm, with stained glass windows and high coved ceilings.

Good location for shopping entertainment in hotel
No lifts to bed rooms
The room smelt of smoke even though it was non smoking. For some reason there was 3 tins of sardines on one of the drawers! Still puzzled on the one!
Everything for girls night out. Good food nightclub residents bar and comfortable rooms.
Bedrooms cleaned and new towels in bathroom every day. The food was very good, hospitality and politeness of Staff was good, a very enjoyable stay.
There were not enough coat hangers in the wardrobe, in our wardrobe we only had 4 in number.
I love this hotel - the staff are great & bar is fun. There is a nightclub beneath which by it's nature is very loud. The bedrooms on the lower floor reverberate with the music. Also the windows are not sound proofed & the main street is really noisy all night. If you are there to party this is not a problem. Early morning ie before 7am the street cleaning diesel engined machine sat outside for an hour so no more sleep. I would book a room at the top of the house next time.Food is good befs comfortable & great location.
Everything food staff location cleanliness - second time there and looking forward to going again next year.
Nothing to dislike.
Made to feel really comfortable by all.Staff really helpful and friendly we all really enjoyed our stay looking forward to returning next year thanks to the chief for a amazing breakfast good start to the day. Recommended to all
Sarah on reception was very nice and most helpful. Layout of the bar was very good
bedroom was small
Excellent location, great facilities, friendly staff.
No lifts, stairs were hard for my husband whose asthmatic and has arthritis but he managed.
The beautiful building in central location.
The staff were so busy with their own business that the clients were unnecessary.
Nice ,bright bathroom.
Water pressure in shower wasn't great but nice hot water.Bedroom was quite dark as the window is small.Didn't really effect us as we were out all day.
the hotel staff very nice
we stayed in room 206 it was the front of hotel ,the bathroom window needs to have frosted glass as its clear glass
Clean rooms and very comfortable, staff very friendly well worth the money would definitely stay here again.
The shower only has one door and not much of a slant on the floor for the water to go down the drain which made the water go all over the floor.
the design and the price less cheaper than in Dublin. It is very well situated and the hotel provide a parking.
The street noisy during the night.
Location great for shops and nightlife. Rooms cosy
Noise level from bar and disco in rooms.
Room only was €79 which i thought was a bit expensive for the room on offer Parking was provided but it is in a closed location so awkward if you want to take it out after hours. It was quite noisy Room was a bit drafty
clean, luxury rooms and tastefully decorated another interiors :) ability to choose different options to spend your free time and a very nice restaurant with a romantic atmosphere and wonderful staff:)
wi-fi should be available at least in public places
On my first night I noticed a soap scum filled tray in the shower unit, made a complaint at reception but still had not been cleaned when I was checking out 2 days later, so felt the house keeping standards was very low, as shelf in wardrobe was also very dusty.
The staff were excellent. Emiley was really helpfull
Central location and very nice room.
Too noisy. You can hear every movement that people make in other rooms
Very nice room with great bath
Location a bit sketchy as it's right downtown...
Nothing just close to funtasia
No entertainment for children, not a cosy seat at nite in ta bar no atmosphere at all, ordered a ceaser salad as a main costing 995 and came out like a starter, just lettuce mayo and no bacon r chicken, had to ask again, children's food was tight too could count the chips, rooms were cold so the wife ask for the heating to b put on they sent up an electric heater!!
Broken glass in the carpet in the room. I reported it to reception but was never cleaned.. smell of cigarettes in the hallway from the smoking room...
