Nonostante l'hotel si trovi in pieno centro, non si avvertivano rumori provenienti dall'esterno. Centralissimo, parcheggio interno e stanze ampie. Inoltre ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo |

Staff cordiale e disponibile,ottima la colazione,pub dell'hotel comodo e caratteristico,abbiamo goduto di 2 serate irish con balli e musica.Prezzo competitivo con garage e internet compreso.Posizione centrale a 5 minuti da Eyre square e dai centro commerciali.Ringrazio molto per l'ospitalità |

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale ,la pulizia dell'appartamento,i comfort che vi abbiamo trovato sono stati particolarmente apprezzati.Ottima anche la posizione della struttura che si trova al centro della città e ci ha permesso di visitarla senza utilizzare mezzi pubblici!!Dal terrazzo ,inoltre,abbiamo potuto godere di una magnifica vista a 360° della città e dintorni !!! |

Ho apprezzato molto il buon livello dell'hotel, oltretutto ad un prezzo veramente irrisorio ottenuto tramite offerta su internet. Le stanze sono comode, pulite, spaziose, ben arredate, con bagno funzionale e molto pulito. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, sia quella continentale che quella irlandese. Inoltre l'albergo è dotato di un comodo garage privato gratuito. La posizione è centralissima. |

Staff disponibile. Il riscaldamento è regolato da un timer non modificabile dai clienti (al dire dello staff che però mi ha consegnato una stufetta elettrica). Sul una parete vi erano 2 crepe ed il bagno un po' piccolo così come il letto matrimoniale da una piazza e mezza. |

Convenient, good parking, friendly with an excellent breakfast. This is about my fourth visit and I will come again. The breakfast used to be provided in two adjoining Georgian rooms with appropriate furnishing. Now it is downstairs in the bar. This has removed some of the charm of the hotel. |

it was very good in regard to location - yet to two poor experiences i will not be returning this was the second time i stayes with stains on sheets on the bed. the beds are old and should not be in a hotel these days anymore. |

Noisy guests in other rooms who had no care/respect for fellow guests. Slamming doors & shouting 'till early hours of morning. Bath/hand towels on second day were not replaced but just 're-arranged' in bathroom to give appearance that they had been replaced by fresh towels. Not nice! Bedroom we stayed in could be 'freshened up' better. Fresh paint on window sills would be an idea to cover coffee/tea stains from cups. Alternatively clean it properly..! Trim on blankets torn. First impressions do last. |

The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist who was very polite and professional, the breakfast catering staff were very courteous & efficient. Parking was a bit cramped but the receptionist dealt with the matter very professionally, |

Close to centre of Galway and everything the area has to offer - easy access to the stunning surrounds of The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. Couldn't access wireless signal on the top floor, although possible in bar and breakfast areas. |
