simple little things.like only one chair, nowhere to set your wash bag in bathroom

Great location just off eyre square in the city centre. It's also just a short walk from the harbour area which has lovely walks. Staff were very polite and helpful. There is free parking. Good breakfast. I will stay there again.

The hotel is located very well in the centre of the city. Nevertheless our rooms were quiet, we were not disturbed by noise. The choise of breakfast was really good.

The hotel has to be renovated. The mechanism of our window was demaged. It was difficult to close it.

The staff were brillant the food was fantastic and gettin 10% off any food I ate because I was a resident was a nice touch.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and as I am disabled the bathroom could have been a bit more user friendly - and one other litttle thing no glass in the room- only small things didn't spot me from enjoying my stay though

We were late for breakfast by ten minutes but the staff were extremely nice about it and helped accommodate us.

Auf Englisch ist fuer mich einfacher. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location very central. Room and staff were very good. Breakfast was unbelievable! An absolute tremendous and delicious bargain! That breakfast will keep you going for the day.

I really have to stretch my brain to think of any faults for this hotel -- perhaps a little water stain on the rug next to the window? The edge of the bathtub missing a spot of paint? Petty it is to even mention any of these , as our overall experience was so good.

we old pensioners were put on 3rd floor.in bar the tv was always on silent while cd music played to please bar staff..duvet on bed stained and fitted wrong way

Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. Parking on site was very good.

Guests returning very late at night, knocking on doors and generally very noisy.

Proximity to town center - Eyre Square is just couple of minutes' walk away. The hotel has a driver on site, and you can leave the keys of the car with the reception if the underground parking is full.

The room was not too spacious. We could hear TV voices from adjacent room.

Great value for money, warm, comfortable, clean and great location

Central location, friendly helpful staff, off-street parking, good breakfast.

My room overlooked a busy city street and traffic/street noise was intrusive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered me a room on a top floor, far from the street noise, so I can sleep better the night before the marathon I was attending to. I didn't ask for that favor - they just think this is better for me. Also they started serving the breakfast one hour earlier on the race day, so early runners can get their meal. Definitely recommended !
