The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and spotlessly clean, and modernly decorated The music in the bar was poor, and our room was situated next to an office and after having done a lot of travelling could not sleep on saturday afternoon because of continuos talking from the staff room. |

Price and location Road noise - the sound proofing of the bedroom was not good , The bar food was poor and service dodgy. I stayed previously at this Hotel and the food and service was fine so maybe I hit on a bad night ! |

The hotel was very reasonably priced, clean and relaxed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cold water tap in the bath did not work! |

The pool was nice, the food was nice, the service was good, it was clean and the proximity to Dublin was good. Yes...the radiator in the room came on at approximately 7pm and went off again between 8.30 and 10. I don't know the exact time as we went down for dinner at 8.30 and when we came back up the radiator was off. Not good enough to have the heating on for such a short time. |

Hotel was modern, stylish and had a nice atmosphere. The fact that we could checkout late in the day was an added bonus after the wedding celebrations the night before!! There was a slight smell in the room, obviously an attempt had been made to get rid of it however it had not totally gone away. |

Location is good for shopping and family days out. Caters well for families.good variety of bars and restuarants. Spa is nice. Breakfast could do with more fresh fruit and a better selection of kids cereals. |

I love the stairs in your hotel, and the staff at reception where very nice. Asked for an iron but never got one. Thought the entreance was a bit werid we ended up walking through the bar to get in. Rooms where very warm. We are going to a wedding in your hotel next year. looking forward to it. Rooms very big, but we will be getting a family room. Saw you had a kids room which i thought was a very good idea |

The stay was short but the food and leisure facilities were good so I enjoyed the pool and relaxation. I had booked online but the hotel did not have a record of the booking when I checked in - I found this disappointing. However the staff did give a discount on account of this inconvenience. |
