Téès bien (a coté de la famille en Irlande) - bon petit déj - équipe très sympatique - même des chambres fumeurs (!) - bon resto (fish and chips) et bar

Peut faire rès chaud dans les chambres (pas de clime) et demandez bien du café 'machine' pour le petit déj (café normal est imbuvable)

L'insonorisation du batiment même quand on se retrouve nez à nez avec le groupe de ventilation

Le prix du breakfast qui ne valait en qualité la somme demandée

This could possibly be the best hotel I have ever stayed in considering the rate charged. It is a 4 star (plus) hotel. Staff are just great and go out of their way to ensure everything is comfortable for you without having to be asked. I enthusiastically recommend this hotel and I can find no fault. I am not easy to please either!!

The Hotel itself was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and efficient

My wife and I stayed for two nights. The first night we found the room cold and tried to adjust the heat but to no avail. The following morning also tried to adjust the heat as it was cold also to no avail. The bottom of the radiator was slightly warm but the rest of the radiator remained cold. My wife complained at reception and was told that there was problems with the heating system. We were in room 321. we were then asked by reception did we want to change rooms and we agreed. It took until 3pm in the afternoon until we were moved to the 1st floor. Although the heating was working there was a smell of cigarettes in the room evnen though the window was open upon entry. The staff in general were polite firnly and courteous. The food in the restaurant was good.

Staff were extremely friendly.

I was suprised that there was a short flight of stairs between the reception area and the lifts. With a lot of luggage it would have been a problem.

It is a fine hotel with a lovely reception area. Lots of unused space. Room was as expected. Wasn't there long enough to make a fair judgement on other facilities.

Didn't like when I came from the entrance to have to walk around dining area to get to reception. Did not like the the Residents bar at all. No luxury or intimate space. More like a pub. Looked into dining area and was not impressed - too clinical.

reception very helpful, let us check in early as had driven to hotel from a distance,swimming pool excellent,staff in general very helpful.

some of the decoration, carpets esp in corridors becoming jaded, bathroom in the room needs refurbished, guest parking constricted and good distance from reception..3 floors at reception somewhat dismal
