Friendly helpful porter service. Lovely atrium area for lunch/afternoon tea. Spacoius bedroom.

€25 charge for travel cot overnight (they only cost €40 to buy!)

thew conceirge was very helpful looking after our bags and being attentive to us and the fact it was my wife's birthday. the comlpimentary bottle of champagne and little cake were very much appreciated.

The service was excellent as I would expect from a Westin. Friendly and very high standard.

I wasn't sure about having my bill pushed under my door on my return from a night out. I would prefer to pay it in the normal way. It didn't include breakfast which for over £200 was very petty and mean.

The luxury of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic...it kept us going for the day!

Its location is very good.

Cost is extremely high and when I compare it with our 5* hotels in Pakistan, it is not even paasing to any of them.

fabulously comfortable bed, gorgeous big bathroom, excellent jazz band in the hotel's Mint Bar
