We spent a very enjoyable night at the Westport Plaza. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, the facilities were all that we'd hoped for, and the location was great. We were right in the heart of town yet our room was quiet. |

we found westport plaza to be an excellent destination hotel and spa. good central location, clean room and the facilities were second to none. would highly recommend the thermal suite for couples. |

The staff from the point of reception through to the room cleaners were excellent. The waiting staff in the restaurant wrer particularly excellent. |

We really enjoy our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. The bedroom was lovely, very big, clean and modern. The bathroom was huge and had a jacuzzi. The hotel is within walking distance of great pubs and restaurants. |

The leisure facility was good and there was a kiddies halloween party organised in the sister hotel just across the courtyard. Food in the bar was fantastic and the hotel room was big and spacious. |

We had a family break - two adults & two children. The Staff at the Hotel were excellent and the Hotel met all our expectations. The Room was perfect and we have absoutely no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to our friends. We will definately be back. |

I particularly liked the swimming pool, room service was exellent and the hotel was spot less Although efficient I didn't find the waitresses particularly friendly in the hotel restaurant, however there was a very pleasant waiter and reception staff were very helpful. |

v comfy rooms, amazing bed and jacuzzi bath.great staff. had dinner there and whilst the food was good there was no background music which really took from the atmosphere of a nice dining experience. |

Hotel staff were pleaseant and efficient. Room was very nice and clean. Restaurant was what you would expect from a good four star hotel. A pleasant stay all in all. |

This hotel is within a short walk to the bustle of the village, yet the rooms were very quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Families seemed to love the place because they had activities geared for the children- pool, crafts, games. It is very nice for all. |

In-laws had very nice upgraded room. Both rooms were spacious and well appointed. High fee for children staying with parents. Kids were turned off by requirement for swim caps |
