Comfort of the room, the bath was great expecially after a long days hill walking and shopping. Having a choice of films and good music free of charge was a great bonus. (Had read on the review that the pillows were a prob did not find that at all. If I had a complaint it would be that the bed quilt was a little too warm for summer even with air conditioning. |

Staff were lovely. Short walk to town. Easy to get around. A/C good. Noisy when window opened, but since A/C worked proved to be no real problem |

the location is spot on and parking facilities excellent and the staff were outstanding i stayed in a de luxe single room but felt it was a bit claustrophobic with the furniture seemed to have been crammed in.room 502. also my friend had a similar room but with two beds and a balcony. my room was at the side of the building with the eves making the room look and feel smaller. |

Excellent location in the heart of Westport. Nice modern hotel with good facilities. I had to go through a fire exit to access the room (no. 606). I disliked the design of the room. The room had a slanted ceiling which I hit my head off 3 times. Perhaps a different colour (darker ) would emphasise the slant. |

Excellent hotel, minutes walk from the town centre of Westport. Friendly staff. Well designed bedroom, nicely furnished; bathroom was huge and one of the best I've seen in a 4 star hotel. There was nothing I did not like !! |

The Spa was amazing, the room was pure luxury, i booked a single room and still got a massive king size bed, the jacuzzi was great after a day of shopping and the breakfast was enough to keep you going all day the gym was a bit outdated and not in keeping with the plush hotel, i had an eyebrow & top lip wax treatment but it was too hot and blistered my eyelids and lip, not a good look luckily it was on the last night and the blisters did not really come out until i got home, good job i didn't have it done th day before the wedding |

I thought that the food and service was excellent. Lovely ambiance throughout the hotel. Very friendly and hellfull staff. Would recommend to anyone. The pillows in the rooms were not very comfortable but the bed was lovely. I also found that the shower was not very powerful. |

Easy access to sister hotel facilities.Kids club good opening hours. Good choice of menu i.e. bar food or restaurant. Daily newspaper Just a note that at weekends breakfast is served to 11am. Having gone to leisure centre first, we arrived in dining room to find that there was much less choice of breakfast at this time. Not a big problem but a point worth noting.Would not stop us returning |

found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable there was no area of the bedroom or bathroom with strong enough lighting for applying make up etc, but that was my only issue |

The rooms are extremely comfortable and have lots of extra touches ... The leasure center was closed for renovations, this was a big disappointment as travelling to a sister hotel is not practical |

Clean and tidy with friendly staff, ideally located for discovering Westport. During breakfast we were disturbed by staff collecting empty glasses and plates, this was annoying. I appreciate that they were trying to do their job but they could of waited a bit longer. |
