Like Fawlty Towers! If do stay - room is fine, however do not eat in the restaurant - seriously overpriced for the very under par food and seriously under par service - actually hilarious! |

I found the Westport Woods excellent in every way. Staff, facilities, room, and convenience to so many amenities. It is a friendly and relaxed hotel, yet efficient in every way. |

I loved the location and that I could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi any time I wanted. The food was good, especially the breakfast. |

I found the hotel to have a very relaxed atmosphere and I liked the fact that bar food was served all day. Also the leisure centre is lovely. |

The hotel is set in a a peaceful quiet area, ideal for that 'getting away from it all' break away. Thte staff here are also very professional, courteous and pleasant. This hotels effort to minimise envoirnmental impact using green energy and low energy use lighting where possible is admirable and an example to others. The double bed in the room was acually two single beds pushed together , which itself is not always necessarily bad, howeveer both beds had their own individual single duvet covers. How this can be classed as a proper double is questionable.....Romantic break???????Hmmmmm I wonder.... |

The hotel had possibly the most friendly and helpful staff I've come across. Although the room was clean, tiday and comfortable, it was probably overdue a little bit of sprucing up to make it more modern. That said, for €54 B&B I thought it was great value. |

I did not like the fact that the boiler was broken and there was no hot water to shower in the morning! But that could happen anywhere. |
