Staff and room facilities were delightful. In particular, Shiela patiently helped me to print our RyanAir tickets. The address didn't have a street number so it was very difficult to locate.

The rooms were nice and so was the restaurant. The decor is very good. The family room option was great for us. They give you lots of shampoo and lotion! It was a little way off from the city center. I would have liked to be closer.

The staff were exceptional being both helpful and polite. The dining staff were outstanding and took time to speak to residents even when really busy. My request to determine coverage of a rugby union match was met with a flurry of activity from the manager .I wish I had more reason to go to Galway just to stay in hotel. Really well done !!!!!!! The bedroom was intolerably hot and air conditioning seemed ineffective.

Loved the comfort and thought it was very luxurious. Staff very friendly There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors. But it wasn't in the bedroom so I didn't mind.

If ur staying there want a few drinks in the bar make sure you have the wallet wit you cause the drink is expensive it makes up for cheap room

very polite staff and warm surroundings. Lovely room, very clean and welcoming. Had dinner in the Bar, lovely food, great portions would definitely stay again. Difficult location without a car but greatly enjoyed our stay.
