the hotel is centrally located and in a quiet residential area. the service is very good in all aspects and I would certainly use again and recommend this hotel for a short or medium term stay. |

We stayed at the hotel for a family wedding, the reception was held at the hotel. One of the best wedding receptions we have attended. |

This hotel is up to a 4* standard albeit that there are no leisure facilities. The food is excellent and the majority of staff both friendly and couteous. We had advised the hotel in advance that our arrival would be after midnight however there was nobody in reception when we arrived and when someone did arrive, he spend nearly 10 minutes (trying to) check myself and my girlfriend ("guys") in. This was very frustrating and disappointing that the hotel didn't have our room fobs etc. prepared in advance, or have a competent member of staff on duty to check guests in. |

We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff who were ready to go the extra mile to provide information on sights to see in the area and assisted us with a few problems we encountered with the computer in the lobby area. We also applauded the spacious accommodation, the delicious breakfast and the lovely meals we enjoyed in the restaurant and the adjoining hotel. |

Is a very comfortable hotel with a godd breakfast and a kind staff. Is far from the centre of Galway so you must go by car if you want to go there. |

Only stayed one night but found it to be a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were 1st class. We found the walk into town to be a little long and boring but the location was still probably better than booking into a hotel in the city centre as parking was no problem (and free) and we avoided the downtown traffic. I don't think there was anything not to like but I do have a suggestion for management to consider in regard to safety. The bathtub/shower in our room was somewhat elevated from the normal level and both my wife and I found we had to grab hold of the towel shelf at the end of the tub to get some support when exiting the shower. Even then it was a real stretch to get a foot on the floor while using the towel shelf for support. A proper support bar strategically placed would have been welcomed and would greatly reduce the likelyhood of someone slipping and falling when getting out of the tub. |

Really nice hotel, nice staff. Had breakfast sent up to our room which was good. Had dinner at the hotel, was really nice, huge meals. They never received our booking from booking.com but they were really lovely and we still received the same rate. |

We thought that the staff was very attentive, informative and helpful and the hotel restaurant was great. Very good service with both the hotel and restaurant. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would like but only staying here one night it was okay. |

We got a complimentary glass of champagne with a barbeque which we were charged €15 for. The bbq included burger, chicken and choice of salad. The food was delicious but a bit pricey. The shower did not work properly and we were charged €4.50 for 5 mins use of music facilities in the room. |

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel at 1am after a long journey and were still given the opportunity to eat and drink something. Situated in leafy subburb yet close enough to city centre. Front rooms are a little noisy. You can hear the traffic in the morning. |

There was a a big, noisy wedding reception at the hotel while I was there, but the assistant at the desk had made a point of giving me a room on the other side of the building, just in case . . . . I appreciated it. I like the convenience of parking; breakfast was first-rate. If would be great if the hotel could provide internet access in addition to the very expensive access at the one station in the lobby and the WiFi for those who have their computers And improved word-processing facilities. That little computer in the lobby was a real headache -- slow, mysterious (re charges). |
