Location and views great. Nice breakfast too. Also we had meal in the bar and that was excellent too, staff really nice too. Also great shower.
The enormous double bed
The location very good. The rooms a 6/10 if we were staying in an Average B&B in the middle of the countryside. The hotel in serious need of a Clean and very basic upgrade. New blinds/curtains in bedroom.
Great staff, good food and an excellent location
When we complained about the first room we were shown, there was no quibble. They gave us a more modern room immediately. Great sleep.
Rooms need some serious refurbishment. Part of hotel had been upgraded, but still needs work. Hotel entrance shabby. Needs creativity, cleanliness and a load of money thrown at it.
Wonderful position and views. The beds were comfortable and the room a reasonable size with lovely bay window. Excellent porridge! Staff helpful.
Bathroom rather shabby and rooms could do with a bit of updating. Radiators not giving much heat although room was warm enough for me. Breakfast was average and could easily be improved.
Position was excellent
Room needed updating
Staff Side sea view Breakfast Room
Very far out for public transport and took a long time travelling to and from Dublin. A shared hotel shuttle bus woul be v good.
beside the beach pleasant staff
photos of the room we saw online were totally different to the room we had very nosiy we were located beside an entrance that was busy all night and didn't get any sleep - wouldn't stay here again
The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. We asked for an early check in and received it. Upon our request, they provided the needed electrical adapter.
The windows coated with sea spray which dulled the beautiful view was our only frustration. The furniture was worn, but when there are such scenic walks outside it really didn't matter, inside!
Everything was excellent , and fantastic morning views. Will stay again .
Value for money hotel located just across the road from a beautiful beach, with a Malahide a 20 min envigorating walk away. Hotel is a great choice for young travellers as there is a nightclub on premises.
Room was ridiculously small. Rooms are bigger in the old part of the hotel. We brought our 12 month baby so with a cot on the room we were falling over each other. Hotel room was not very clean - I had to clean the bath beforehand and plumbing needed repairs. Hotel is too noisy at night time - you can hear the conversations in the next room, also nightclub downstairs so prepared to be woken by drunk people shouting in the coradors - tip, unplug the bedroom phone before you go to sleep (drunk people ringing incorrect rooms by mistake). Hotel is not suitable for families with very young children/ babies)
The staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. The food was fantastic. The view. The staff..... Did I mention the staff!?
Good location close to the airport for an early morning flight. Friendly staff comfortable room. Would like to visit again in future
Some strange looking stains on the carpet could do with a sponge out
We liked the helpfulness and the friendliness of staff. The food was good in the Oasis Bar.We liked the proximity to the beach for swimming!
We did not like the electrical problems in the room.
the area where we stayed was lovely.
the cleanliness of the hotel could of been a lot better. the bathroom in particular could do with work being done in them. not inviting at all the furniture is out dated. needs modernized.
Staff were great very helpful. Clean spacious rooms Wonderful facilites great veiw
ideal place to stay with friendly staff
The location is beautiful, right on the coastline , ideal for long walks on the beach and the prom. The man the checked me in was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. Rooms were clean with all facilities. The value for money was great. I would recommend this hotel and I certainly will be returning
Very little to say here. The wifi in the rooms was very weak and mostly couldn't be used. I really have nothing else negative to say.
view from the window :)
The hotel food was not nice either
We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, just a little dated. We overlooked the beach which was brilliant. Food was very good, and staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We found it a very pleasant location, was ideal for local attractions. We certainly would visit again.
Nice relaxing location
The food is horrendous, the kitchen team needs to be replaced
Peaceful and comfortable.
No remote for the TV and the staff had gone off duty so we had to do without
great hotel staff are very helpfull
