staff are helpful and easy going.quiet environment.cleaning is perfect.it looks the staff are making customers comfort their top priority if you could improve the computer and internet services it will make a significant difference |

Very handy for central Cambridge. Great pool and leisure complex. In the restaurant at 8.00pm, they were setting up for breakfast around me and others, which was very annoying! I felt like I was in the way!! |

Aabsolutely nothing appealed to me in this hotel The room was beside the extractor fan from the kitchen and it was very poorly appointed, the bed linen didn't cover the duvet, the hotel had no food after 9.00 pm, the barman was most unhelpful, the staff were drinking at the bar and did not pay for any drinks. |

The staf at the hotel were very nice and helpful, the restaurant was lovely and the leisure centre great facility.. Felt the rooms could do with a little updating but they were very clean which most important.... |

The staff are very informative, friendly, and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent facilities and the food is top notch! Bar was very full on Saturday night, and wwe couldn't get a table. More our own fault than anything! |

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Nothing really to do with the hotel but at the time the Euro was not great for the pound so it turned out to be realy expensive overall |
