Great location for ferry travellers,excellent rooms and great menu in bar food

The pool and sauna facilities and the gym.

It was noisy at night . This was exacerbated by what seemed like cardboard Walls between rooms and a propensity to party on Saturday night, fuelled by Guinness! You could even hear plugs being put into sockets next door as well as even low level conversation and snoring.not good.

We have stayed there on numerous occasions when using Rosslare ferries. It is always a pleasant experience with helpful staff, comfortable rooms ( which appear to have been recently refurbished) and good food in bar and even better when restaurant is opened. Reasonable value or money. Also, usually very nice local 'buzz' in the bar area. This time there was what appeared to be the usual group of locals around the bar as well as a large quiz group. Our first visit was on recommendation of an elderly gent Paddy Hurley who still likes to use it health permitting

I was looking for a hotel near the Roslare Ferry with value for money. Most of the hotels, which I looked at were either booked out or too expensive. Your hotel appeared on a pop up and I could not believe the price. So my partner and I had a great room a lovely meal and a right few drinks in your bar at a great price. I will certainly recommend your hotel to my friends. Might I add that although the kitchen was closed, we were still able to get a lovely meal which was appreciated.

Room was lovely, nice big bed, staff very nice. Best hotel i have stayed in for a long time My Room No. was 126 - highly recomend it

The staff were marvellous - from the time we checked in (they were under heavy pressure) to the time we checked out.It was obvious they had quite a bit of good training! The room was fine though the placment of the tv was odd. It was difficult to watch the tv from bed as I was behind my husband and did not get a clear view (had to prop up with extra pillows and a blanket to get some height. The food was excellent and I loved the a la carte breakfast - so much better than the usual buffett. Will stay herea again and will recommend the hotel to friends.

Friendly, very competent staff. The common areas are warm and inviting, also liked the pool area. The room design is in keeping with the overall style. They had a good dinner offer the night we stayed.

The location information is wrong. It's not 2km as stated on the website and in various promotional materials, but over 4km from the town centre (we walked it - 45 mins, and there is a road sign just beyond the hotel with the distance on it). Our room smelled a bit chemical, as if someone had smoked in there before, and attempts had been made to disguise this.

It is so rare to come across an establishment where the staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful, that it left us with such a warm feeling about the place. Everyone was so accommodating and willing to go that extra mile to help. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, the room was cosy & spotless, the leisure centre was great fun and a fab facility for the inclusive room rate - all-in-all a great hotel.

Just a few small points - some things were slightly dated, especially the guy singing in the bar on Saturday night! The latter reminded of something from a bygone era. A few of the common area seats needing a little fabric tlc. The location - can't be helped by the hotel, but you would need a car to get into Wexford town
