The bar was warm and inviting and the barman was very friendly. The room was very dirty and unkept. There was rubbish and old socks behind one of the beds. The bedroom window would not close properly and was ajar by about 3 inches and the Tv did not work properly |

The breakfast at the bar was very good and ample choices. I rate this among the best. Rooms was old and appeared run down. So is the building. Shower water pressure was very low and intermittently dries up during shower. Have to "pray" for water to come back each time it disapper. Luckily prayerl was answered. |

The people at the Windsor Inn were fabulous, my husband and I enjoyed the LV Bar socializing with the locals and Keiran the Bartender was awesome, ask for the Baby Guinness he guaranteed we'd love it, and he was right. Room had 4 beds which was hard to find. Absolutely loved our stay and would come again Our room was in the back by the alley and in the middle of the night they came to pick up all the glass bottles from the dumpster out back, twice. Very loud and woke us all up. Bathroom window broken and also was right above the smoking area from the pub downstairs. This hotel is not glamorous or modern, and is not the place if you want a peaceful quiet nights sleep, but the people are wonderful and I would recommend it. |

Room was large and warm Many details left to be desired, e.g. dirty remote control with no battery cover, dirty radio alarm clock. |

It was very central, the staff were so nice and helpful and although there isn't anything fancy about this hotel, your room has all you need and is very comfortable. There isn't an elevator but that's good in a way! |

The hotel was only five minutes walking distance from the main shopping and eating area of Cork city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is definetly a budget hotel with a bar that has music and lots of craic. |

Staff was very kind and helpful. Situated not too far from the city centre. Instructions for the shower would be appropriate as not everyone knows how it works. |

The rooms were very clean, modern & nicely decorated. The beds were very comfy with nice thick linen. Very, very nice room for the cheap price. Great little bar downstairs for a couple of drinks. Walking distance easily to Cork city centre. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. A great hotel at a great price. |

The location was very good and the bar area with its live music meant a guest might not have to travel outside the hotel only to eat because eating in the hotel is not on as the bar only serves the poorest of barfoods what a pity a bit of decent food light help what is a dated ilterior...the staff i dealt with were very helpfull...for another few enros I should have stayed at Jurys on the quays a far better hotel.. I stayed in room 11 having asked to be moved from 15 i paid 152euro for 4 nights with a poor( quality) breakfast i only ate once thanks guys i would not come back again...i did not read guest reviews so i cant comment. |

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. We order a family room but there was only 1 double and 1 single bed, so 3 of us had to share the double. There was no parking with the hotel so we were told use the public parking and get it validated by the hotel. I thought that meant it was free but it was only discounted so we still had to pay €13 for the night. If you add this to the price of the hotel it was not quite as good value as we thought. |

Staff, reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Room was warm, bed was comfortable. Good tea and snack facility in the room. Very central location. I could not get the shower in my room to work properly. Either scalding hot or cold - no in-between. Very little power in the water flow and not much of a water flow. No free parking - I was aware of this before I stayed. |

The staff were very friendly but it is a very very basic hotel, more like a hostel really. The decor is very old and it doesn't seem very clean. It's near the train station though, which is handy. I wouldn't stay again though. |
