The staff were very friendly but it is a very very basic hotel, more like a hostel really. The decor is very old and it doesn't seem very clean. It's near the train station though, which is handy. I wouldn't stay again though. |

The guy on the rececption was very helpful with information regarding live music venues and even offered us a deal if we go back again; which we more than likely will take him up on. The breakfast served was very filling and lady who served us was very nice and attractive! We stayed on a Tuesday night, when the bar is quieter. The shower in Room 8 did not function fully. |

the bed was clean and comfortable ,the breakfasts were very good.and the staff were helpful when needed.the hotel was well positioned in Cork for the city centre and the bus station . the first room we were given was right at the top of the hotel,It seemed that it was a room only used when the hotel was full the fittings and fixtures were in need of updating.the carpet was stained in a few places, the shower was tempremental and leaked, when it indicated hot it was cold and vice versa.the bathroom door would not stay shut until the keep was removed by the receptionist at my request..and the bathroom electric heater did not work.We were moved to another room the next day one floor below and it was in a much better state of decoration. |

the hotel is situated only a short walk from the large shopping centre of Cork and many small quaint original Irish pubs... the staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel when we arrived 5 hours before check-in, and gave us a small map to show directions to the shopping centre. The breakfasts were lovely.... the beds comfy... and the bar downstairs was warm and welcoming the shower was old with lots of controls but only one worked... it was either VERY hot or luke warm with not much power to have a good long shower..... there was no plug socket near the mirror to use a hairdryer, had to unplug the tv which was in a cupboard to use the socket in there.... also the radiator in the room had been switched off so the first few hours in the room were freezing til we realised this |

Absolutley delightfull little hotel in an excellent location. as a professional musician I find myself in Cork regularly and have until now always stayed in teh travelodge which I found very sterile and unfriendly. The windsor has a lovely family run vibe to it and the staff are amazing.the hotel itself is very quiant in design and was comfortable. |

Good location about 5 mins from the middle of town. No receptionist . Did not feel secure as you could just wander up to the rooms. people in next room to me got back at 3 am which was very unsettling |

The Staff was great, the guy at the reception and the girl that served the breakfast were really nice and very kind. Also the breakfast was very very good, full irish breakfast. But unfortunately those were the only positive things about the hotel. I arrived at 11pm and they did not had my reservation but fortunately they had a room free and gave it to me, but what would have happened to me and my reservation if they were fully booked that evening? When the reception guy guided me to my room the door was slightly open, and he looked inside the room like if there could be someone inside.. And then told me that maybe the cleaners left the door open.i discovered that my room was completely dirty, just the sheets were changed. The toilet seat had fresh wee stains, under my bed I found an hairband and a magazine, obviously nobody cleaned or even looked under the bed. On the floor beside the sink I found a cotton bud, and in the shower a used soap with hairs on it. Disgusting ! |

It's right above the LV pub where drunks are all around the corner at night with loud music. Did not feel safe at night however location is fairly good.Simple amenities in room, clean bed, not too well equipped bathroom. Breakfast is amazingly good, though it took a long time to serve as there are only 2 guys running the inn who run front desk, kitchen and the bar! |

It was a really good experience, at an absolutely affordable price. The staff was kind and the room it was much bigger than what I was expecting for the price paid. The breakfast is massive...I really suggest any Cork city traveller to stop there for a convenience accomodation. |

The staff were very friendly but inefficient and breakfast was always a lottery. The rooms were pleasent enough and the bar was very lively with great music The traffic noise was very loud and almost constant. There were a lot of drunken students on the street making a lot of noise until 2 or 3 oclock in the morning. Noisy beer deliveries to the bar below at 06.00 in the morning. |

Central location. Internet wifi didn't work well. Hotel employee in the morning didn't want to help that much, so it took me half an hour by phone calling to my ICT department to fix it. While if he was more helpful and gave me the number of the router, all was fine. No good! |

I liked the location, it is very close to the city centre, to shops, pubs, restaurants and to the bus station. It is very convenient if you want to explore the surroundings by public transport as the bus station is just a few minutes walk distance from the hotel. Our room was a bit too small and not particularly confortable but it is okay for a short stay. |
