Friendly staff. Good food. Kitchen vent just outside window which was extremely loud even with window closed. Started at 10am until 9pm. |

Great priced when booked on-line. Also, it was a straight shot to Bunratty....made it easy to find. There was not a computer available for us to use. The advertisements for the hotel indicated different. |

The hotel was comfortable and not expensive. The bar was obviously somewhere the locals liked to visit, which speaks for itself. Easy walking distance to the town center. We would use this hotel again if in the area. |

Friendliness, courtesy and efficiency of staff. Very welcoming bar with great atmosphere. Comfortable and spacious room. Not a major issue, but there's a rather limited breakfast choice if you are a vegetarian! No mushrooms! No baked beans! However, we would certainly stay there again. |

The friendlyness of the owner/manager, and the hearty breakfast, efficently served, all at reasonable rates Night staff should be more aware of guests arriving back late, the front door bell did not work ! |

I thought the staff were very friendly, with a very warm and genuine attitude. It reminded of being in an almost forgotten Ireland, of a time when people like them put the hospitality into the hospitality industry. They really wanted to make us feel welcome and it did not go unnoticed. A lovely stay and great value for money |

Rooms were clean and spacious, with spacious en suite. Staff were very friendly. Location is perfect for Limerick city, close to shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs, but enough of a distance to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep if desired. |

It has been awhile since I stayed here and I had good memories of my previous stay. I am glad to say everything was as good as last time the staff have all worked in the hotel for many years and its lovely to find friendly Irish people working in an Irish hotel. |

It's lovely to find a hotel that ticks all the boxes! The staff were helpful, chatty and informative. The food and bar facilities were great the bar has a nice busy buzz about it and the dinner and breakfast were lovely. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and best of all it was great value for money! |

Good Pub down stairs, Breakfast was great A lot of noise from a party down under us.. Was there a need to sort out bar bottle afterwards!! |
