Evening bar meal was very good and the bar staff were helpful, welcoming and cheerful. Reception area was rather scruffy and dirty, bedroom very worn, bathroom had a mouldy curtain and mould around bath. Coffee/tea making facilities only available on request.Not much of a welcome, and Receptionist was very abrupt on our departure.Thought we were going to a comfortable hotel with a bar - this was definitely a loud pub with rooms which looked OK in the ads, but in reality very worn. |

Good firm bed so I got a good nights sleep Restaurant not open - only bar food available; radiator in my room did not work properly; wi-fi is very poor; service very slow. |

I liked the fact that the bar had a nice buzz about it even on a week day and there was a great heated smoking area out on the patio. I had a lovely meal in the bar and as a frequent business traveller would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel |

A very warm and friendly atmosphere, great value for money. Booked a single but got a room with a double and single nice room with an offer of tea to my room anytime I wanted to call for it for no charge, also complimentary newspaper in the morning which was nice. Had a lovely breakfast served by very friendly waitress. No complaints all very satisfactory, would definatly reccomend as value for money and handy to the city centre and Shannon airport |

Comfy beds, fabulous choice for breakfast, the taste of the mushrooms took me back to my childhood, very friendly helpful waitress. Disappointed the main restaurant was not available during our stay, and we were hoping for Irish musical evening in house. |

Variety of rooms for drinking in Toomany children running round. No tea making facilities in room. Staff too busy to attend to you straight away. Had to wait long time for many services. Breakfast was a very poor standard. |
