Location, comfort, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Friendly, pleasant staff
Bar service a little slow but friendly so not a big issue
Comfortable large rooms
Breakfast good food spoiled by over cooking or only lukewarm - waited for 10 minutes for bacon one morning, even had to remind staff to bring it out from kitchen
Staff very friendly and helpful, food good. Didn't have breakfast.
Corridor noise when in bedroom could hear every conversation in corridor so couldn't sleep after 8, television wasn't working properly
The breakfast buffet is very good
Lights in the room did not work propertly. It was impossible to set a nice combination of lighting in the room.
Menu choices and ambiance of Restaurance.
Not a thing
The food was superb. The beds were so comfy and the rooms were a great size. The staff we very helpful and friendly.
The wifi was very poor in general. Most nights it can be hard to get a parking spot, if you arrive late. This is due to weight watcher type classes they run at their facilities!
Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Very good alternatives for breakfast.
Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom. No alternative to a cooked meal in the evening. Requested sandwiches but was told that they do not do them after 5.00p.m. Seating for evening meal was virtually in the reception area and at the time we wanted to eat, was not warm enough to sit down for a meal.
really friendly staff that are willing to help you with whatever you need. everything was nice and clean, fantastic breakfast comfortable beds nice rooms great wifi conections location is brillient carpark available
nothing we had a very pleasant stay and will be returning to the wilton
Bar location and openness
quiet. excellent breakfast. free parking
room decor was shabby. strong smell of smoke.
The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very clean.Food was great.
We couldn't log onto wi-fi in our room had to go to reception area.
Lights in the bedroom were a bit dodgy but that's the only complaint
Efficient and clean Excellent free Wifi coverage Ease of access to Bray & Greystones
Room furnishings and finish are a bit old and cheap looking.
Liked the room it was clean, the staff friendly and breakfast good and well organised. We had a meal in the evening which was also good. Bedding clean and fresh.
found the bed a little hard, our room faced inward into a sort of court yard which was a bit of a mess which was a shame with the feature there tidied up and a few plants would have made a difference.
When staying in Bray I always stay at the Wilton in Bray. It has changed hands (and name) so many times over the years - but it is still a very well run hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is superb and always plentiful.
Great specious family room. Very Clean.
Staff at the breakfast services was not smiling at all. Very slow service. No enough toilet roll(les than 1/3 of the roll only available) in the room. Very poor lightening. Some of the lights was out of order.
Bar and restaurant staff very friendly
Was asked for more than arranged price, room wasn't as clean as rest of the hotel
Decent sized room-good breakfast-plenty of parking-really good value for money.
The room was a bit "tired"-could have done with a bit of refurbishment.
Food Quite Location
Nothing to report
The position of the room was very poor, looking out at a wall with the plaster comng off, beer bottles on rooftop. Curtains hanging off, unable to close them properly. Dining room not open for eating, until requested, then very cold. Having toured Ireland for 2 weeks this was the poorest accommodation we experienced.
Friendly staff were very helpful, supplied gluten free food and understood what it is to be coeliac
FOUND THE HOTEL HARD TO FIND
Really nice hotel, very quaint and a gret location if you're looking for a seaside trip. The staff were friendly and really helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
