On the seafront, at the foot of Bray Head, the family-friendly Esplanade Hotel faces the promenade. It has spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Staff are all very helpful & cheerful. Lovely quiet hotel
Lack of vegetarian options for dinner
The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and fresh looking. It's situated very close to the town on a main road but is surprisingly quiet & secluded feeling. We had a lovely time
The menu is quite limited for vegetarians. The tv signal was intermittent.
I was looking for a night's stay in Bray. This was the only hotel available. I booked it for €90 for two people including breakfast. The breakfast was good. Wifi was decent. The staff were helpful.
The rooms are tiny. I had asked for a top floor which was provided but the slanted roof made the room tiny. Aslo I got a 4 bed family room which further reduced the size of the room due to the bunker bed. The toilet seem unclean. There were toilet stains on the floor near the commode. The shower was terrible-- every other minute it would turn off and turn on the bath tap. The room was not worth €90.
very stale baggle at breakfast. other excellent ,
Very nice hotel to have a short break. You will definitely need a Car to be able to visit various of magnificant sites around the area. The staff is very helpful and should be greatly appreciated! One of the nice hotel stays without no headaches - you need anything, staff will without any difficulty assist you!! Coming back!
Nice clean warm hotel, ideally situated for our needs due to work.
Showers could do with attention as they were either hot or cold, only complaint.
I liked everything about this hotel. The breakfast there in unreal and the staff are so nice and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and my room got cleaned every day. It's my second time here this year and not one bad thing to say about it. Can't wait to get there again.
Hotel very convenient, situated just off the N11,with easy access to Dublin and the Wicklow mountains"perfect for people on business or Holidays
Not Having more time to spend in Wicklow.
No sockets near bed also lighting in room was a j
food was great and the young girl who served us was very good, breakfeast was also great
romms were shabby ,no dvd player in family room, curtains were falling down by fixing these simple things it would make a big difference
This hotel is good value and close to Bray town from where we took train into Dublin on two days.We found rooms to be clean and had a great choice for breakfast. This was our second stay at this hotel in recent months.Staff are friendly and helpful.
A few places in hotel could do with a freshen up.A coat of paint or a corner of wallpaper stuck down would help a lot
The Beds, clean beautiful bedding. A nice spot on the edge of Bray.
Halls, Carpets, grubby, tired. Soap dispenser for Bath, ridiculously high on wall making its use from the bath dangerous. Having to stand up in bath to get soap, slip hazzard potential not good.
Everything was excellent
Would have liked a discount for pensioners
Efficient helpful welcome. Comfortable spacious rooms. All staff polite and helpful.
Further from Bray than I thought. No restaurant open. Just food service in the bar which is part of the reception area totally lacking in any cosiness. Staff efficient polite but lacking any real warmth or genuine interest. Breakfast buffet while copious was average. Sausages and pudding were average, rashers were overcooked. Nobody came to see if everything was to our satisfaction.
Nice big room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with great variety of food
Location, comfort, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Friendly, pleasant staff
Bar service a little slow but friendly so not a big issue
Comfortable large rooms
Breakfast good food spoiled by over cooking or only lukewarm - waited for 10 minutes for bacon one morning, even had to remind staff to bring it out from kitchen
Staff very friendly and helpful, food good. Didn't have breakfast.
Corridor noise when in bedroom could hear every conversation in corridor so couldn't sleep after 8, television wasn't working properly
The breakfast buffet is very good
Lights in the room did not work propertly. It was impossible to set a nice combination of lighting in the room.
Menu choices and ambiance of Restaurance.
Not a thing
The food was superb. The beds were so comfy and the rooms were a great size. The staff we very helpful and friendly.
The wifi was very poor in general. Most nights it can be hard to get a parking spot, if you arrive late. This is due to weight watcher type classes they run at their facilities!
Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Very good alternatives for breakfast.
Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom. No alternative to a cooked meal in the evening. Requested sandwiches but was told that they do not do them after 5.00p.m. Seating for evening meal was virtually in the reception area and at the time we wanted to eat, was not warm enough to sit down for a meal.
really friendly staff that are willing to help you with whatever you need. everything was nice and clean, fantastic breakfast comfortable beds nice rooms great wifi conections location is brillient carpark available
nothing we had a very pleasant stay and will be returning to the wilton
