Not much, room was a good size Service and attitude of staff poor. An alarm call was requested for 0730 that never came. The room was not as described, the room was described as Exec King Room with snacks there was none |

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room had not been cleaned properly, the bathroom in the lobby was very unhygenic with overflowing bins and toilet paper all over the floor. Executive room was very small. |

The hotel is ideally located in that one has easy access to the city for shopping and as a starting point to explore the garden of Ireland Shortage of staff on Sunday morning which resulted in long delays for services at the bar. |

there was a halloween party going on for the kids when we arrived and it looked like they were all enjoying it. nice hotel we didnt eat there so i cant comment on it. The staff were lovely. i got lost and rang the hotel for directions but i had to ring 3 times before i got an answer and when i got there i realised why, the poor girl on reception had to work in the bar as well and it was busy. |

Convenience to Wicklow Mountains and Dublin city. Also the M50 toll road from Dublin airport. It would be helpful if the toll could be paid at the hotel reception desk. Lighting in the bedroom was very dim, even when all the lights turned on. Dimmer switches may be the answer. |

convenient location i stayed in a double room and got two twin beds pushed together, it was not comfortable. we ate in the bar, the meal came out within a few minutes... the meal could not have been prepared freshly, i suspect it was thrown in a deep fat fryer and dished up. the lady on reception was not very friendly, a smile goes a long way to keeping a customer satisfied. |

Great location to view Co Wicklow with good parking facilities. The Hotel location was hard to find when you approach this Hotel from the Dublin City side going through Bray town. More sinage for the Hotel location would help. |

Having stayed here before,I knew what my family and I were getting.The hotel is very competitivly priced (rooms for family's of 3 in particular.)The rooms are cleaned and changed each day and the staff are very friendly.All in all a very pleasurable stay Sorry for being a bit picky here but we did have little fresh bottles of water replaced daily last year along with the tea bags and coffee, however we did not see any this time around. |

Response to not having enough towels was almost immediate, even though the hotel was full and had a wedding reception on at the time! That's excellent room service. The rooms were very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours at all during our whole stay - not even people in the hallways. There really should be some sort of ventilation for warmer weather - maybe a fan of some sort would help, because the room got pretty stuffy even with the window left open the whole day. Of course, this is the problem with all hotels that don't have air conditioning. |

The bed was very confortable, breakfast very vgood with plenty of choice Errible smell of tobacco smoke in corridors during day. Appears air conditioning not able to cope with same . smoke possibly from day conferences...very offputting! Also not enough air in bedroom would definetl be too warm in winter as there seems to be no air conditioning control in same! |

Because the hotel is relatively new, all facilities were modern and up to date. Bar food and breakfast were excellent. Because of its location on the outskirts of Bray, one would need a car to access ameneties in Bray town. |

Too far out of Bray, 10euro each way in a taxi. Very badly signposted for visitors coming off main roads. Room didnt match description on web site, 1st room was dirty with dead flies on the window sill along with cig ash even thou it was a "non smoking" room and the bed was unmade so we asked to be moved! 2nd room not much better & still no extras that were advertised on the site, eg slippers & snacks and Only 2 T bags given for a whole w/end stay! |
