The Day and evening reception team was friendly. Took our inclusive breakfast on only 1 day out of 3, no staff evident in the breakfast room, although popped up as we were leaving to check if we needed to pay, food standard poor. Key stopped working on the first night, the night receptionist/porter just re cut our key with out asking our names just room number - security therefore is poor!!! Our room was dated. |

Very well appointed room. Spacious and very clean. Great for relaxing in during the day with comfortable tub chairs and writing desk.Excellent breakfasts. Beautiful modern building but as guests approach the hotel, the entrance is not very impressive and definitely not in keeping with the high standard of the hotel. We thought that we were at the back door! |

leaving the reception area was cold and uninviting,the breakfast was cold, no hot water in room, floors needed to be hovered, key card would not work frist few time,i could go on, hotel could do with a manger |

Overall hotel was nice and would recommend it to others and would stay there again Bad lay out of bar area, a bus load was there on 2 of my nights and took up all of the bar area. put some bar stools in for others to use, because of this I didnt stay in the hotel any night for a drink and had to go out for this. Put a heater outside as well. Cleaning staff came to my room at 08.50 one morning, I was leaving that day but check out is at 12noon so why so early to clean the room. |

A group of tourists from the US got up at 5.30am and proceeded to talk loudly, bang doors etc. They showed no consideration for other guests and woke us at this early hour. |

Everything was fine, the receptionist went to see if the room was ready before check in time as we had travelled overnight and were needed to get some sleep Some parts of the room could have done with a dust, as a hotel manager I tend to notice these things |

really enjoyed breakfast in bed, not having to go down for it was great, the staff were really good and did not bother you to clean the room the only two things were, the room was very very warm and if you shut the bathroom door, it was very smelly!! |
