we liked how the hotel is close to town but still country, how easy was to get a taxi to town, how pleasant and friendly the staff were! and how clean and comfortable the rooms were its not so much as we didnt like or complaint, just on the morning we had breakfast our order to our room was all mixed up , but it was just a mix up and definitly would not put us off coming back |

I really liked the swimming pool and the sauna etc- especially the fact that it stayed open until ten pm. The room were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good value for money and the food in the bar was well presented and tasty. The fact that we could out open our hotel room upon arrival. We had to go down three times to try to rectify the problem. No one came to help us. Then we were given a key to a room that had a it in dehumidifier- which we clearly could not stay in. Finally we were given another key to another room which opon some perusasion worked. Five time up and down to reception!!! We did have difficulty opening on it. Two other groups commented on the same difficulty.! Also the rooms were very warm at night. |

Noisy when there was a function on in the hotel. The restaurant was expensive and not value for money when it was open which was one night in three that we stayed. The bar food was reasonably priced however there was no other local alternative. |

the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful nothing was any trouble to them and always with a smile. the rooms were lovely and big the food was lovely well cooked and plenty of it. as we were there for a wedding we used the beauty salon for hair and makeup it was great thery were so nice and very good we had a great time. everything was so great it was a pity we found the beds quite hard and the pillows were like rocks also our room was over the delivery area and we were woken at 7.30 with the noise and as we were at a wedding we did not get to bed very early if i stayed there again i would ask for a different room maybe in the front |

Dinner served in bar on Sunday eve was only fair, table was not cleaned after previous meal, complete dinner served on one plate swimming in gravy, very unproffessional and we were very dissappointed in that, we could have got much better value a very short distance away. |

Cost very reasonable and the family room was amazing very big! Yes - stipulate breakfast for children costings as at the hotel they would of charge 5euro per child, and in all honestly under 5's really only eat a slice of toast! |

The staff were impolite, I asked for a Lucozade at 11:50 in the morning from the bar, the bar staff were very rude and told me 'the bar does not open until 12, go to the Londis around the corner'. The bedroom decor was hidious and the walls badly needed to be painted! |

Its the perfect location to stay to be able to go into the town center or to make a quick exit out into the country and no hassle with traffic. Loads of parking space near the hotel entrance. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the leisure centre and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the pillows were too hard! |

I was shocked when i looked in the kettel and found an inch of stagnent water with fur growing on it.If i didnt see it and had made tea, we would have been very sick indeed.I trust it was brought to your attention by the receptionest and will not happen again. |

The pool was excellent, the staff in general were very friendly and helpful apart from the breakfast mentioned below. The meal in the restaurant was exceptional and the girl serving that night was very professional and efficient. As there was a wedding in the hotel, she was serving on her own to at least 30 people and she care of the two of us extremely well. She was quite young and very friendly. Sunday morning breakfast was a disaster. There were 3 staff working the floor, there were no bowls available for cereal, there was no milk in the container, there were no mushrooms until we asked for them, no eggs until we asked for them and only 2 tomatoes. The staff did what was asked (eventually) when asked but we felt that as there were 3 people working what is essentially a small room with a small range of food that it would be easy to be proactive and ensure that all the food/cutlery/dishes etc.. were in place at all times rather than reacting to specific requests. I would also suggest that maybe the hotel would consider Scrambled Eggs on the breakfast as I am an athlete and only eat mushrooms/tomatoes and scrambled eggs from a full Irish while in trianing. This is a suggestion not a complaint as most people prefer fried eggs. |
