Lovely leisure centre and spacious rooms in a nice setting. Very relaxing, just what we were looking for! There is no public transport from hotel to town, it was a nice walk but a long way! Taxi fare into town is apporx 8-10 euros. The hotel bar menu could be improved, wasn't much coice if eating there more than a couple of times, although quality of food was ok. |

Friendly reception, lovely setting, nice rooms The restaurant does not in any way match the hotel. The staff in the restaurant are poorly trained, service is bad, food extremely poor. Staff seen to have no idea what they are doing in the restaurant. |

Very little The carpet in our bedroom was stained and the grouting around the shower was marked by mildew. There was evidence of damp around the entrance lobby. The bar was unfriendly and poorly stocked. The hotel reception could not provide us with a sewing kit. |

The cleanliness of the room there was blood on the bathroom floor from the time we went into it. we requested a smoking room and were assigned a non smoking got it changed and then there was no ash tray. the sheets on the bed had holes in them there was no remote for the tv and the hotel at night was very noisy. Cleaning staff entered our room 4 times before 12 noon on the day of our departure. |

yes this hotel aapprantly is in bancrupcy . Needs maintance , training of staff and housekeeprers. In genertal for the value paid the hotel was sub standard in all respects. Too bad as the physical facility is very nice and with proper management , service and cleanliness they could do very well |

Being facilitated in the dining room even though it was near closing time.Very comfortable bed and warm room. The shower was a little tempramental and the lighting in the bathroom could be better. |

yes the hotel was very disappointing. the service by some staff was terrible and the food was quite poor. i asked for a simple thing such as a request for a glass of water and that was not even brought to me. the hotel is in lovely surroundings but many of the staff need to receive customer service training. |

Great value package. Well organised small hotel feel. Staff seemed very customer focused. Bedrooms need renovation. Damaged elecrtics on bathroom towel rail and bath drain stuck. |
