The restaurant was excellent.we dined there on the friday night the food and service were top class. We also enjoyed the entertainment in the bar afterwards. The hotel staff were extremely efficient and helpful in all matters. I thought the rooms could do with a face lift |

The staff were very nice. Location not to far from town.Resturant was fantastic. (1)There was 8 big Blue Bottle Flyes flying around our room. (2) The duvet was old and Ripped. (3) My wife had to ring reception to ask for bulbes as 2 of the 4 lamps did not have any at all. |

Staff were friendly and very helpful even though we checked in late after 11.30pm. Breakfast was very good and overall the value was expectional although it was a Tuesday night and I guess it would probably be a little pricier at the weekend. We were only on a short stay so didnt get a full chance to try out the facilities but from what I experienced we would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. |

The bed was very comfortable and it was nice we got a late check out as we had a late night. I did not like the way the room was decorated, the breakfast was average, have had nicer and tastier. |

The swimming pool facilites and the staff in the resturant were excellent, as was the general manger who helped us out when we needed a set of jump leads to start a car. The room we stayed in on the first night was very damp. The smell was unberable but our daughter was sleeping and we did not want to move rooms. We moved the next night to another room and the ironing board fell off the wall. Other than that it we had a plesant stay. |

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. It's a grand place to stay, room was clean. The hotel is very far out of ennis town. We were under the impression that it would be around a 20min walk in. You need to get a taxi. The bar staff were very unfriendly. It says breakfast served all day but when we went in at 12 we were told that no food was served until half 12. Because the town is a taxi in (can't drive due to lack of parking spaces) getting food in the hotel is the only option. We just got tea and toast but it was served with a grunt. Definitely not 4star. |

Excellent on all counts. Vastly improved on our previous visits, a few years ago. keep up the good work. Reception staff and manager, Noel were especially helpful. Strong smell of cigarettes in the first room we were shown (212), despite specific request for non smoking room. This was promptly sorted out by transfer to 214. However a cigarette smell persisted in the 2nd floor corridor for the duration of our stay. I understand the 2nd floor is supposed to be all non smoking, but I think all hotel rooms should be non smoking. |
