Liked the atmosphere and history of Wynn's, along with staff who clearly care about their customers comfort in a very low key way. Beds and pillows very comfy. Everywhere was very clean, quite an achievement in an old building with lots of plasterwork and chandeliers. We'll b back
Could do with a little more space to serve your carvery lunch
The nicest staff I met in a long time. They could not be more helpful and friendly.
Good food and availability to shops Friendly polite staff
DIfficulty getting to hotel by car and not knowing where drop off was so that car could be parked by hotel staff
Have stayed in The Wynn's Hotel a number of times before and have always found it a excellent hotel. It's location just off O'Connell Street with a Luas stop just outside make it ideal for exploring Dublin's many attractions. Many attractions are within easy walking distance. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.
Tv did not work properly Extreme heat in bathroom
Location, staff, food, flexibility, room, atmosphere - all excellent!!
Fabulous location with great staff. This hotel is steeped in history and has a lovely family-feel atmosphere...
Restaurant, Excellent breakfast. Location. Luas (Tram) stop on doorstep. O'Connell St round the corner.
Everything was perfect
Nothing to dislike
Location , staff v helpful
Pancakes for breakfast a disaster
Locationis excellent Service is excellent Breakfast was very good Friendliness of the staff Hotel History and Character
The housekeeping ladies were very annoyng the next morning. Although I had the do not disturbe sign on my door, they knocked 3 times between 8.30am and 10am to clean the room even though check-out was not until 12pm. Also, Room was quite old fashoned and lacked a serious upgrade i.e. the TV was not tuned in, the room was very tired in appearance although clean. The tiles in the bathroom were all cracked and the shower head kept slipping down.
Friendly staff, comfortable room, good choice of breakfast served promptly and efficiently. Excellent central location.
Great location, friendly and efficient staff, room clean and comfortable.
Shower was cold regardless of the temperature selected. Scrambled eggs in the morning had some shell pieces in it.
Reception was welcoming and helpful on both arrival and departure. Breakfast in the dining room was a most enjoyable.
The Location (in the hub of the City Centre and beside the Luas) Friendly/efficient Staff Room was nice and a god size, also very clean and included tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was tasty and service fast.
The noise of the Luas was very loud. Bed was uncomfortable. Walls paper thin and you can actually hear peoples conversations which was uncomfortable.
I stayed at wynns recehently for what must be the tenth time. I always stay here when visiting dublin. I cannot fault the whole experience of a stay at wynns. And always look forward to the delicious.freshly cooked hot breakfast. I always have a great nights sleep in a clean, comfortable room. One of my all time favourite hotels.
Central location....beside Luas. Close to Dart
Good city centre location
Needed to keep hand on shower handle all the time to have hot water, very awkward.Couldnt hear TV even when volume was turned up to the last.Elevator was out of order when we arrived, was fixed later. After coming back to the hotel after a meal 12.30am the hotel was closed, after much knocking on the window we eventually got in,we were never informed this would be the case. All in all too many negatives during one nights stay.
Nice hotel great location for shopping in dublin Staff v friendly Room and bathroom was very clean also lovely and warm Perhaps the duvet and curtains were a bit dated but overall happy with hotel
Staff were most helpful, especially receptionist Anne -Marie,we had a most enjoyable stay and would not hesitate in returning
One small fault , we had a twin room, as i suffer from a disability i found single bed too small, but it still did not effect my stay that much
Room style, staff, breakfast, location.
Quirky time warp charm
On the 8 th of November, We had a room on the second floor above a function room. We were made aware that the function wouldn't finish until 1am which was fine, however, we were woken at 4 am by staff moving furniture/ equipment which went on for at least an hour.
I like the location. It is in the heart of the city. Near to all the activities.
Needing some update.
Step out the front door into the wonderland of Dublin.
A petty thing I know, but the TV was brutal.
