The staff are very friendly and helpful The bed was comfy and good pillows The food in the bar was lovely and the location was spot on. I would definitely stay again
The carpet in the bedroom did not fit to the edges and made the room look tired and old, the hair dryer in the bathroom was useless if you have long thick hair take your own.
Staff are so friendly, rooms very comfortable and the breakfast first class, great location
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location is central and a short walk from Temple Bar. The room was very clean with large bathroom, and the breakfast was yum. Wifi was also very good. I would stay again.
location was brilliant, food excellent, staff really friendly and helpful
The staff were very friendly in all,of the departments.i took lunch in the restaurant that was excellent and again the staff couldn't have been nicer.
No bad experiences
Tiny tiny double room.
Location staff and hotel
Room had an old musty smell. Bed small. Otherwise stay was fine.
choice at breakfast near luas central
Room service was excellent and room was v clean and quiet.
If you head out beware that the hotel is locked up at night time. I got back quite late and I was ringing the door bell for a while before I was eventually let in. As a woman on her own the hotel should maybe rethink their security policy and consider their guests needs also.
convenient location comfortable warm rooms lovely breakfast very pleasant staff
a little noise heard in the bedrooms
Good location. Nice rooms. Breakfast was good, but has not being as good as it used to be. Eggs benedict was excellent a few years ago, now only mediocre
Receptionist was arguing on phone when I arrived then greeted me in a very false welcome. Not something you expect on entering the hotel.
Great that I could turn of the heating and didn't have to sleep in to warm room
The location of the hotel and the breakfast was awesome!!
The room we stayed in was quite dated! But other than that it was good stay!
Service and staff excellent
This only think is the synthetic protect mattress that makes me sweat.
Location is perfect. Five minutes to main shopping area, ten mins to temple bar area. Fast food, convenience stores very nearby. Five mins walk to main o'connell street airport transfer bus drop off/pick up point.
Would have preferred king size bed!
Very central location, short walk to Grafton St and Temple bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also spot on. It was valentines weekend and they left a rose, petals, chocs and a card in the room as a surprise.
In general the other guests were older people but this didn't bother me or my Girlfriend at all.
Loved the shopping plenty to see st Stephen's green park beautiful.
Lovely old characterful building, well refurbished, especially liked the dining room with huge mirrors, high ceilings and windows to the street. Our room at the front on the fourth floor was nicely decorated, very clean with great corner Jacuzzi bath and shower in a spacious bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights for Valentines weekend and a nice touch was the chocolates on the bed with a red rose and card. Front of house staff went out of their way to provide one of the nicest rooms with a sleigh bed as requested.
Disappointing breakfast. Staff very accommodating and attentive, the only problem was the cooked breakfast which we didn't enjoy as it was oily, poached eggs well overcooked, ketchup and brown sauce inedible etc (beans might have helped) The croissants and soda bread ,juices and tea were fine but the toast made with cheap white sliced bread and scones were not. Also poor selection of one red cheese and slices of tinned ham.
Nice location, awesome breakfast.
