In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

We enjoyed the location, close to shops, restaurants and the tramcar/train and the breakfast nearby was great. The staff and manager happily went the extra mile, made bookings for us and gave advice about Jerusalem and thereabouts. Happy to recommend.
excellent and helpful staff, free parking in the building, good breakfast in nearby restaurant (also in Sabbath), fast reliable Wi-Fi and all that for reasonable price in the city centre. we were also surprised how quiet is the place.
bit dark on the ground floor rooms, better opt for level up.
Excellent location. Superb staff very helpful and kind. Room ok.
No view from the room, pretty dark. Bath average. Room's cleanliness disappointing..
The staff was absolutely excellent in helping with arranging taxi and stuff like that. Wifi was stable with a good signal in the room. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and close to nightlife.
The wine glass and the toilet was not properly cleaned since the last guest. The room was in a semi-basement with no view.
The hotel was very stylish and comfortable, whilst the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Location couldn't be more perfect - it's right in the heart of the city and no more than a 10 minute walk from to the Old City. The hotel also is a 2 minute walk from the light railway which connects to Yad Vashem and the Central Bus Station to name but a couple of stops on the route. All in all it was the perfect hotel for us.
feels like home ,away from home !!! much gratitude to Oren ,Daniella, and Deniss for all their graciousness
courteous, helpful staff, emmaculate, convenient room
Slight problem with slope of street leading from jaffa road to hotel.
Nice very new hotel
Breakfast was not in hotel
Proximity to the Old City - 10 min walk! Overall - brand new charming hotel truly aspiring to be a great place - staff is professional, very attentive and personable. Rooms are very spacious, balcony was a great touch. Breakfast on premises is not available yet, but that is not a problem - numerous eateries are in 2-5 min distance. Great visiting experience, plan in going back.
WiFi is inconsistent.
Supreme location. Staff is knowledgable, very professional and friendly. They were extremely accommodative to my elderly parents and stream of family that came to visit. Rooms and bathroom are elegantly furnished. Rooms are soundproof - given the proximity of exuberant and noisy crowd on Ben Yehuda. Presently (but coming soon) - no breakfast on premises - but 4 feet away is Yaffo with tons of eateries.
The location was beyond great. The room was fresh and totally new and the staff went out of their way to please as if you were staying with family.
Liked the location, the staff is kind and ready to help. The hotel is new and has good interior design
The layout of the room where I stayed seemed a bit of a waste of space. The fact that the reception is not 24 hours
Hotel is located close to tram and shopping street Located behind the street so it's quite You can find restaurants and bakeries just a few minutes away Grocery store is across the street one minute away Staffs are friendly, responsible and courtesy to solve any problems Complimentary wine and soft drinks
Difficult to find the entrance The reception is not 24-hour on duty Since the hotel is new, you may face small problems.
everything breakfest on friday at Rimon was good recomandation
Excellent staff, welcoming and very helpful. Add a warmth to what is a new hotel. Free drinks (water, coke, excellent quality wine) and biscuit snacks in the room & mini kitchenette. Large rooms.
Front entrance not so easy to find and needs a bit of work, better signage. No food, breakfast facilities. A challenge on Shabbat in particular.
rooms nice and spacious with lovely wooden floors and no dirty carpets. The brown colours a bit dark and depressing. lovely outdoor balcony and nice and quiet and excellent location, close to ben yehuda and old city.
sheets were scratchy and not cotton and pillows were very hard, had to sleep on robe and lighting not strong enough.Requested a better pillow but could not provide it. At this price provide cotton sheets and a nice pillow, bare essentials for a good sleep
The location was excellent - convenient for both the old and new city. Everything was new and modern. The staff were very helpful. There was no restaurant but water, wine and nibbles had been provided free.
Building work was being carried out in front of the reception entrance which meant walking over planks to get in. Once registered we were able to use a different, much more convenient doorway. The room was on a level with a pedestrian walkway so the balcony wasn't private and didn't get any sun and no view of anything but a wall. The lighting in the room was poor.
1. Disgusting smell in hotel 2. Terrible pillows 3. Charged by heads. 4. No services at all This hotel is definitely over-rated.We felt funny on the big scores for the on booking.com
The hotel is brand new, with very clean and nice rooms. It occupies a part of a big apartment building in a great location in Jerusalem, within walking distance to Mamilla mall, the Old City and other attractions. The hotel manager Oren was very nice and helpful. He managed to arrange for a parking slot for our rental car in the building's underground parking garage.
There were a few problems with card keys. The system has not yet been fully tuned (which is, perhaps, understandable, given that the hotel was 6 weeks old when we were staying in it). The cleaning service is not extremely flexible in terms of their hours. My parents wanted to have a rest in the afternoon, and the cleaning lady said she could not come back after 4pm. Finally, I want to mention that the hotel charges your credit card when you move in, not when you move out, as in the US. Not a big issue, but you may want to know it beforehand.
Stylish, private, elegantly furnished, well equipped. Great to have a kettle, fridge etc, very big comfy bed, very quiet location but just steps from Kikkar Zion
The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom
the room is very good an clean
It is near everything... The Old City, Jaffa street, pub areas, tram station. The luxurious decoration and comfort are evident.
Many balconies are at the level of the pedestrian passageway, so one cannot enjoy it fully late in the morning due to curious looks
Well located hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.
Location is really perfect, one block from downtown
The hotel does not have a reataurant and therefore can't offer breakfast, which is inconvenient. There is no parking, a public space is available in the proximity, but for foreigner is not easy to pay
