The size of the room, the friendly staff in the breakfast room, the location, which is very convenient for visiting the old city. The facilities described on the hotel website do not exist: there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, no room service, no underground car park, no fitness room. |

I got a huge room at a low price, and it had a great view. I had to listen to the manager complain about another customer. The bathroom floor wasn't the cleanest. Otherwise, it was all good. |

They checked us in couple of hours earlier than normal time - had a small child with us, so was very helpful! On the check out they have tried to charge us for some drinks from the minibar, which we have never used. |

i enjoyed the location which is between the new modern center and the old city, making the visit in the two part quite easy. The receptionists were very helpful, connecting me to the services i needed for my journey. i did like the design of the hotel room with a kitchnette, something that could have help me prepare a quick meal. I travelled back home happy to have spent a peaceful time in your hotel, i hope it had always been like this. Thanks |

The location was good in that it was close to where we wanted to visit. Also we liked the pay options that were offered. The accommodations were good with very courteous staff. Needs a little updating |

Nothing I like in this hotel The manager of the hotel was rude and not helpful. I took taxi from the Central Bus Station to this hotel, and the taxi driver drove me around and ask for more money than it should be. I asked help from the hotel manager, but he said he cannot help, instead he warned me just pay the taxi driver, otherwise the police will take me direct to the airprot. The hotel manager did not help the guest who get in trouble. The water tape of the bathroom was broken and shower cannot be taken. The hotel is very old with bad smelling. It is a terrible hotel which I never recommend. |

Right across the American Colony Luxury Hotel, the Addar Hotal was like having our own place in Jerusalem. I think, the word "Addar" means "home" anyway in arabic. Every suite has a separate living room with a kitchenette. Palestinian staff is very friendly and even gives touristic advices, for instance, how to visit Ramallah by public bus 18 to get the best ice cream you ever tasted and to visit Arafats mausoleum. Free Wireless Internet and a PC in the lobby. The arabic decoration might be a little heavy for the European taste and everyting is a litte worn-out, but clean. |

The hotel is a fraud. Dirty, zero maintenance, the worst, shame on the owner, the staff is very friendly and try their best but the general conditions of the hotel is terrible, I fell i got ripped off. The breakfast is a shame, this is hotel where no $ is invested in anything and is falling apart and they continue to make $ on guess like us which see the internet pictures and biased reviews, they ruined my stay at Jerusalem. Dirty and miserable!! |

Rooms were very clean . There was a good discount when we selected this hotel, and only because of this we though the value for the money was fair. Breakfast are not great but ok. Not too far from old city. The staff at the reception never smile. |

Desk staff and breakfast wait staff were personable, attentive, and helpful beyond expectation. Large windows on two sides made the room bright, and location was short walk to Damascus Gate and nice restaurants. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, but in need of fresh paint. |

Kitchenette and separate bedroom was nice. Liked the availability of drinks in fridge and flat screen. Sammy was very nice to allow us a late check out. We reserved a room with 2 beds and could not get that once checked in. Walk from Old City did not really feel safe for females after dusk. |

The staff was very friendly. Needs to be cleaned very badly. The double beds had only one blanket that fits a twin laid down across the middle. Most hotels like this had either 2 twin beds put together with a blanket on each or a properly fitting blanket. The breakfast selection was the most minimal we had seen at any hotel. We also witnessed negotiations transpiring where guests were trying to get a room w/o a passport for extra money and it seemed like they were going to succeed this once we left. |
