first room was GF and very noisy. Overall good place to stay. Suggestion: fresh juice and proper coffee for breakfast would make your hotel shine :)

Great hospitality. Great atmosphere. The view from the terrace is "Jerusalem Pure" ... This is my home in Jerusalem, no doubt ...

It had parking for us right in front.

The location is not useful for sights, restaurants or anything else for tourists in Jerusalem. We had a room on the ground floor that overlooked an alley and parked cars.

Good sized room with balcony - lovely views overlooking the city. Welcoming bowl of fruit. Good self-service breakfast with reasonable, varied choices. We had an evening meal in the restaurant on second night which was excellent, & value for money. The staff in the dining/breakfast areas were particularly friendly, attentive & helpful.

We arrived very late & struggled with heavy suit cases as porter/bell boy watched - we had to ask for assistance to carry the cases into the lobby & up to the room. 20 mins walk back from old city, up hill in the heat of the day is rather tiring - take a taxi!

Excellent cafe and bar and patisserie on site. Good breakfast selection and helpful staff on the early morning shift. Free Wi-fi service. Quiet location.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No mini bar in room. No complimentary water (e.g. small bottles) which I would have expected in a hotel of this standard. Local knowledge limited e.g. recommendations for restaurants, bus services etc.

Large rooms with nice verandah and outlook over the city, to watch sunset. Gardens very nice and well maintained. Restaurant / cafe has a fresh air deck and an indoor section, useful for the climate in Jerusalem.

A little further from the old city than many other hotels, but walk is still reasonable length. Price a little high given location, although facilities excellent.

The hotel induces a serene atmosphere. The room is extremely spacious, elegantly designed.It has a lovely balcony (Although a small table could be useful). The bathroom is spacious decorated with a local stone.I Was welcomed with a complimentary bottle of mineral water and fruit plate.Breakfast was varied and fresh.espresso coffee from the patisserie was good.

Except for the noise from the air conditioner (that did'nt heat) and a group of rattles Spanis-speaking, it could be an excellent vacation.But i'll be back!

The hitel staff was extremely polite and helpful at all times. I would give them and the hotel to anyone traveling in that area.

Das Hotel liegt in Ost-Jerusalem. In die Altstadt läuft man 20 Min. Die Staßenbahn ist auch in der Nähe.

La pauvre isolation acoustique des portes des chambres

החדר היה לשביעות רצוננו וגם הצוות.

לא היו ערוצי טלביזיה בעברית- מאוד מפריע לחופשה וגם להרגשה- אנחנו בישראל!!! לא היתה ערכת שתייה חמה בחדר וגם לא מיני בר. ארוחת הבוקר היתה דלה , ולא דאגו למלא את המצרכים שאזלו.

Det var för varmt i sovrummet,airco funkade inte riktig bra.

во время бронирования ошибочно указали меньшее количество проживающих. но при регистрации в отеле администратор с пониманием отнеслась и подобрала нам подходящий номер. комната была просторная, чистая, белье свежее. весь персонал доброжелательный, внимательный. завтраки поразили своим разнообразием и наличием свежих овощей и фруктов. ресторан уютный, с беседками и шатрами на улице. кухня разнообразная, блюда на любой вкус. очень вкусные десерты! обслуживание отличное. район спокойный, до старого города на своем автомобиле добирались за 10 минут.

Goede en vriendelijke service. Dineren in het hotel is goed en verhoudingsgewijs niet erg duur. Kamers zijn royaal. Halte van de lightrail op korte loopafstand van het hotel.

De locatie van het hotel is niet optimaal. Lopen naar de oude stad is zo'n 20 minuten door niet erg aantrekkelijk gebied. Uitkomst biedt de nieuwe lightrail (halte op zo'n 5 minuten afstand van het hotel). Ook weinig eetgelegenheid in de directe omgeving van het hotel. Een negatief punt bij verblijf in een superior room (met balkon) is de geluidsoverlast van de ventilatoren van de keukens inclusief etensgeuren. Wij vroegen (en kregen) om die reden een andere kamer een paar verdiepingen hoger.

Die freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Laage im Ostjerusalem, Nahe sehr schönen Resturants und Cafes, arb-europ. Frühstück.gute Verkehrsbindung zum historischen Alltstadt von Jerusalem, arabisch und englichsprechende Mitarbeiter

Il personale pur essendo gentilissimo ,ha un po' meno professionalita che in europa in un hotel dello stesso livello;

Personalen var högljud och nonchalant. priset är för dyrt för detta hotell. Hotellet är i Östra Jerusalem. Vi var absolut inte nöjda med servicen eller hotellet. Hotellet är palestinskt om det är viktigt för er att veta.

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und sauber. Sehr schön sind der Garten und die sehr ansprechende Veranda, die zum Verweilen am Abend einlädt. WLAN ist im gesamten Hotel ausreichend schnell und steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind um das Haus und in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Das Hotel liegt in Ost-Jerusalem und um Punkt 4:30 Uhr war der Muezzin unüberhörbar laut zu vernehmen. Ebenfalls nicht zur Ruhe im Hotel haben die zahlreichen Pilgergruppen beigetragen. Einige arabisch-palästinensische Mitarbeiter zeigen die Abneigung gegen alles "Israelische" deutlich und haben sich wenig professionell verhalten.

quando sono a Gerusalemme per lavoro vado sempre all'Ambassador, E' ben collocato rispetto al mio lavoro, sono gentili e simpatici, è tenuto bene, c'è una bella vista

Personnel très accueillant, bon petit-déjeuner et chambre très calme.
