The easiest check-in I've ever experienced in my life. 5***** hotels are not always all that as you have to check-in at the lobby which often can take a long time before you actually get to your room. At Kann Boutique I received the entry code to the building by sms and entered right away into the room which was all ready. Great room with very comfortable bed and great amount of extras provided.
Noisy aircondition and poor isolation of street noise but that's because these are protected houses which cannor be ammended
Truly wonderful place. Owner was many times more helpful than one would expect. A lot of love goes into this operation.
Location, clean and position near center and beaches.
Noise early in the morning for some building & construction works nearby.
Good location and facilities were fine. Interesting old style decor. Owner was very helpful with advice about travel options in Israel.
Reception seems to be generally unmanned and nobody was there when we arrived. Fortunately another guest let us in and informed us that we should call the owner to get our room number. Luckily they were also able to tell us the phone number as it was not written anywhere and they allowed us to use their phone as we did not have an Israeli number. If the other guests had not been there this could have been very inconvenient.
way too small for 2 persons no windows in the room far away from center shabby neighbourhood
The room, bathroom were absolutely charming and outfitted with everything you could ask for.
Only problem is parking.
Everything OK. Good location. Rooms nice decorated. Owner and staff very helpfull.
The moment we got into the residence, we were amazed with the small but lovely entrance and stairway. The intricate design of the room and the bathroom is way beyond most hotel rooms. We also enjoyed the terrace with a big sofa where you could relax and enjoy the skylight in the evening. The hotel is situated in a really nice area close to the beach, Old Jaffa, the flea market, Rothschild and buses to the central station. Dan is a wonderful host and even left a bottle of cava in the room when we arrived and a box of chocolate when we were leaving. Anat was very helpful and accommodating. Dan and Anat go all the way out to ensure we were happy and also informed us how to get around places. I will definitely come back to Anna Boutique again and will strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tel Aviv
The hotel is very well positioned, in the heart of an old, historical, artistic quarter. It stands out for its authentic design both with exterior and interior. Walking distance to the city center, the beach, yet in a quiet neighborhood. I really loved the royal bed and ceiling windows.
It can be a bit of a hassle to find a taxi in the early morning. Streets around the hotel are all very narrow and one way. Taxis do not frequent the area, the main street is nearby but no guarantee for taxi.
Good location - between old and down town. Historical house - of writer Samuel Joseph Agnon. Rooms are cozy. You feel there like in tale, especially in room 3. Near is nice Alma Beach. Host Dan is amazing - thanks for bottle of Cava :) Our big recommendations, especially for couples ;)
Only the fact that it was near to the beach and Old Jaffa
Where to begin? No-one to meet us on arrival and we couldn't get in! Why? Because owner had failed to provide access code for the entry pad! Had to ring Booking.com (at £1.50 per minute) because the contact number failed to work also. Once inside, we were obliged to ascend a spiral staircase with a heavy suitcase whilst trying to avoid an obstacle course of "antique" clutter on the way. The room we were given was basically small and cramped (not helped by more useless, so- called antique, clutter). A large skylight was covered by an exterior blind which meant that you couldn't see anything and neither were there any windows which could be opened. In short, it felt like a cell in Bedford prison! Couldn't wait to get out of the place even though we were only there one night. Poor service, facilities and value for money . Avoid like the plague and don't be fooled by the website photos which bear little resemblance to what we saw.
I took my wife here for our honeymoon! We absolutely loved Kann, and Dan, the owner, is a fantastic host! We stayed in room number 5, and had many amazing evenings on the large, and super private terrace. My wife never wanted to leave (either did I). We had booked a few nights in Jerusalem, so headed there, and then decided to change our travel plans just so we could come back to stay at Kann. The only available room was number 2, which was wonderful, though no terrace. The rooms are cozy with copper accents and the amenities include an easy to use nesspresso machine and free wi fi. Lucky for us, it was our honeymoon, so Dan kindly included a bottle of champagne! We happily enjoyed it on our balcony, before heading to the beach (just a 5 minute walk). Down the street (1 minute walk) you find shabazi street. The main road full of shops and restaurants. You must check out Suzannas cafe. Straight down from Kann on Shabazi you also find a street bike station. We rented bikes for the day and took them to Old Jaffa, and from there along the bike path to Namal port, full of other shops and restaurants on the water. I look forward to going back to tel a viv and staying at Kann again. My wife cannot wait! Also- the area of Neve Tsedek is quaint, safe and not touristy!! We loved the vibe!
excellent location ,nice area for city sightseeing ,restaurants and cafe's.easy communication with staff and very helpful.
no parking anywhere, construction next door, small bathroom no shelf...
Great location and place of interest! What a feeling to dwell in the house of the great Hebraic writer Samuel Joseph Agnon!
We loved the old world touches and the little balcony. Also the bottle of Cava in the fridge.
We've been in Kann Boutique for two nights on a weekend and we had a wonderful time. The location is great, the room is convenient and beautiful (room with balcony) and the neighborhood is quiet so it's a great place to relax in. The owner was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. Overall it has been a great experience and we'll be happy to return :)
The area and general feel of the place. Breakfast at Dallal's - the short walk could be seen as a negative but we enjoyed it.
My best regards to the owner Dan;) very helpful and friendly
The hotel's name is Anna and you might be a little confused looking for Kaan hotel
