Overall, the room is nice, the bed is comfortable There is a parking not very far (Pines streat), yet it costs 30nis/day Wifi is good
The building nearby is going through construction and it disturbed us. They start working in 7am until the afternoon (4pm+). This is really not cool, especially becuase the hotel staff did not inform us about this. Another problem was a bad smell caused by some kind of strong spray the cleaner uses - even after ventilating the room it didn't go away. Also, the shower temperature and stream is not stable, but I managed. There is no phone number to call and no staff in the "hotel". You get a code to the door by sms and that's it.
the room all was cleen
dont like that no one was there on chack in
It felt like a room with perfect taste and privacy in the most beautiful neighborhood in Tel Aviv with lots of great restaurants and cafes WITHOUT the atmosphere of a big hotel - all for a good price!!
The style of the rooms and the lobby
It may seem strange for some people that we did not meet anyone from the staff of the hotel, but for me it is really nice. All communication was in 3 emails )) There were some civil works which started around 8 or 9 in the morning.
Good location (but no car parking if you need), nice design of the bed with the window above, good bathroom
The only mirror is in the bathroom, wifi connection really poor, construction work nearby which makes noise since early morning.
This is more like a "room" than a B&B, but that made the costs better than comparable rooms, and they paid total attention to detail, were always available when I called to get info, and perfectly located. Would definitely stay there again.
Very good location Clean bathroom Great coffee machine Beautiful style
Someone has smoked inside the room before our arrival. A lot of air freshener didn't clear the smell. Hard to breath , red eyes and skin irritations
Room was lovely. Own balcony. Quiet area close to restaurants, bars and the sea.
It is very cosy, interior is a delight. The room with balcony was especially enjoyable (we stayed three nights and the host upgraded our room). Nespresso coffee maker (in the room) for morning cofee - such a pleasant extra.
Proximity to synagogue.
An awesome small hotel with really kind managers! Great location! I strongly advice this hotel.
There is no place in the bathroom for placing your stuff and there is no breakfast
Staff value for money
wifi poor decor not my taste very noisy building works next door
I am often in Tel Aviv, but as a kind of hotel I have ever experienced. At first I was one hour before the door (I was not the only one). No ring, no phone calls availed anything. Finnaly a guest came out and I have myself taken a room. The bed was scented with synthetic fragrance, which did not let me sleep. Wifi did not work all the time. The nice balcony was not good to use at the day time, because there were construction on the other side of the street. It was to loud.
The decor of the room,( apart from the damp marks ), position of the hotel.
The room was very damp, with a damp smell, ( and damp marks on ceiling) no coffee for the coffee machine even though we were told some would be put in our room ' later ' it never was, and the safe wasn't working.
- Location, location, location - Charming rooms - Pleasant staff, not too helpful though - Relatively cheap parking near by
- We had a couple of problems (AC not working in 32C, WiFi) which we had to chase the manager in order to fix. Eventually we got another room, but only late in the evening.
location was great, space was lovely with a balcony to the street. we arrived at 11pm an the owner provided us with a code to enter the building and left the unit open, it felt like it was our own unit.
there was no access to fresh water and there is no deli near by.
The easiest check-in I've ever experienced in my life. 5***** hotels are not always all that as you have to check-in at the lobby which often can take a long time before you actually get to your room. At Kann Boutique I received the entry code to the building by sms and entered right away into the room which was all ready. Great room with very comfortable bed and great amount of extras provided.
Noisy aircondition and poor isolation of street noise but that's because these are protected houses which cannor be ammended
Truly wonderful place. Owner was many times more helpful than one would expect. A lot of love goes into this operation.
Location, clean and position near center and beaches.
Noise early in the morning for some building & construction works nearby.
Good location and facilities were fine. Interesting old style decor. Owner was very helpful with advice about travel options in Israel.
Reception seems to be generally unmanned and nobody was there when we arrived. Fortunately another guest let us in and informed us that we should call the owner to get our room number. Luckily they were also able to tell us the phone number as it was not written anywhere and they allowed us to use their phone as we did not have an Israeli number. If the other guests had not been there this could have been very inconvenient.
way too small for 2 persons no windows in the room far away from center shabby neighbourhood
The room, bathroom were absolutely charming and outfitted with everything you could ask for.
Only problem is parking.
Everything OK. Good location. Rooms nice decorated. Owner and staff very helpfull.
The moment we got into the residence, we were amazed with the small but lovely entrance and stairway. The intricate design of the room and the bathroom is way beyond most hotel rooms. We also enjoyed the terrace with a big sofa where you could relax and enjoy the skylight in the evening. The hotel is situated in a really nice area close to the beach, Old Jaffa, the flea market, Rothschild and buses to the central station. Dan is a wonderful host and even left a bottle of cava in the room when we arrived and a box of chocolate when we were leaving. Anat was very helpful and accommodating. Dan and Anat go all the way out to ensure we were happy and also informed us how to get around places. I will definitely come back to Anna Boutique again and will strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tel Aviv
