NO VALUE FOR THE MONEYֱֱֱ!!!
Happy hour is very nice, breakfast is great, bad is very comfortable but small.
Bad is small,
the size of the room -too small
the shower, the staff, the happy hour, the location, amazing breakfast, nice room.
room with no view, the bed, a bit noisy.
This hotel was very pleasant, with a nice, quiet atmosphere. Also, it is very new, fresh and nicely designed interior as well as outside. The staff is also very pleasant, and breakfast was really good. It is in a quiet back street, but still only a few meters away from the main street in the German colony area. It is possible to walk to the old town, trough a nice shopping street, with some really nice restaurants and cafes, further trough some parks, as well as really nice views of the old city and the surroundings. A taxi is not expensive, if one choose not to walk.
Some noise from a small fridge in the room, but it is probably possible to turn off or ask the staff to remove it. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t bother with it.
I loved the exterior. The neighborhood is charming.
I didn't like the fact the reception guy told me he "upgraded" me to a room with a balcony while that is what I initially ordered. I didn't like the fact the first sentence the receptionist had to tell me in check-in is :"we usually don't accept children" (And that is, after I called intentionally to inquire and stated it clearly in my form). I also didn't like that I had to "inquire" about an egg for breakfast rather than being offerred one as it should. The balcony is extremely small - Not functional for most human beings.
Beautifull old house with quiet terrace where you can eat a delicious breakfast. Excellent beds. Very helpfull concierge. A lot of bars and restaurants in the neigbourhood.
A bit too far from the old city and city center to go on foot (at least 30 min walk).
Great location in the German colony. Very helpful staff. Loved the fruit and drinks put out late afternoon and breakfast in the courtyard. Room lovely.
Parking could be an issue but the helpful staff showed us where to leave the car round the corner.
Conveniently located, bright, nice rooms, extremely clean, staff friendly, even when woken up at 0530 in the morning.
Parking only in the street - at NIS 5.60/hour
Unique old building, very helpful staff
location cleanliness no deodorizers... able to inhale w/o choking front desk very cordial
The shower leaks into the rest of the bathroom, doesn't drain or return to shower... its ashamed that it is not fixed to keep the water in the shower.
wonderful charming rooms amazing breakfast, very friendly helpful staff in a great location
Very nice bulding, kind staff, special location. comfortable rooms
The location. There are many restaurants and cafes around. The took care of my car, regarding the tickets that should be bought at 8:00. But the best is the lady of the reception, Dana. Pretty girl and very nice. One of the top ten of my trip to Israel.
It is a beautiful hotel, with an excellent staff and a terrific location.
great find. breakfast.
location, need a bit walk
Friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast outside in garden. Comfortable room.
This beautiful hotel in the German Colony was like being in your own mansion, as the staff totally took care of us, even driving us to the shopping center, making all phone calls for us, serving a fabulous breakfast on the cobbled patio each morning. The Arcadia Ba'Moshava is a real gem-gorgeous, immaculate, friendly, helpful to the extreme, and very comfortable rooms and great beds! You will love this hotel!
We loved everything about this hotel and will be back again! Thank you Debbie and the entire staff for making our stay in Jerusalem so cherished and memorable!
Location is exellent Staff are very polite and helpful Hotel is really comfortable Breakfast was delicious
Attentive staff, lovely premises, wonderful breakfast!
Nothing, this place is a gem. Will recommend it to everybody I know.
Staff are great. Very nice new hotel. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants
30 min walk to old city
We liked everything !!
Excellent location, excellent staff, tasteful design.
Overpriced, smallish room, outdated facilities for such an establishment, inconvenient parking fee system (not the fault of the hotel, though).
- nice / typical building - quiet - the garden - the balcony (overlooking the garden / the trees) - proximity of shops and restaurants - friendly personnel - free bicycles
- No free parking (I got a ticket since I did not pay) - Local breakfast (i.e. salty)
Charming new boutique hotel - staff very pleasant and helpful. Room on the small side but very comfortable, decorated in a traditional style, in keeping with the period of the building.
Breakfast - it's Israeli or nothing! No choice of breads or cereal. One waiter running back and forth to the kitchen (across the forecourt of the hotel) with eggs, etc. is not efficient. No cutlery or extra plates available to help yourself - hot water on tap would have been useful - waited 10minutes to get hot water for a tea bag and then it arrived in a cup! If three tables turn up to breakfast at the same time, he can't cope alone.
