In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

Fantastic, a privilige to stay in this hotel The manger was very polite and most welcoming. It was excellent!
The layout and the location.
There was a big family with lots of kids in the breakfast and the location didn't have the structure to support this. We needed to wait to sit down and the noise was really something....
A charming hotel in a great neighborhood.
The decor, the staff, the breakfast and the convenience for our needs. The rooms were designed to maximize use of the space. I felt so much at home there.
The location was wonderful. The hotel is in an old but beautifully renovated building. It is small but very elegant. The rooms are on the small side but well designed and equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a happy hour every evening with snacks and wine.
The hotel was a little overpriced. A more plentiful supply of coffee at breakfast would be good. Otherwise no complaints.
Good price for such quality. The rooms could be bigger.
The decoration of the place is beautiful, the staff always willing to help, breakfast amazing and the 'happy hour' a delight! The neighborhood is so pretty and calm, it's a beautiful area of Jerusalem. Highly recommended.
The bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected. Everything else was superb.
Lovely room, nice breakfast , helpful reception desk, good lighting, quiet street.
ONLY ONE CHAIR IN ROOM FOR TWO
We loved everything about this hotel. It's situated in the German Colony, a super cute area in Jerusalem with lots of restaurants and bars that is walking distance to the old city (or you can take the bus). The hotel itself is an old house, which gives it more character than the normal cookie cutter hotels. The room is small but for the two of us, it was adequate, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice breakfast and a happy hour with snacks and wine, which is an added bonus. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I left my iPhone charger in the room and they kept it for me to pick it up later in the evening. When we arrived in the evening wet and cold (after walking in the rain in the old city), they offered us tea and invited us to join the happy hour even though we checked out and no longer the guests of the hotel. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem. Can’t ask for a better experience.
Location ... Quiet and peaceful Yet very well located close to shops , bars and restaurants The building...decor and cleanliness.... The patio Comfortable and cosy rooms Breakfast and the Happy hour Attentive and polite staff
Lack of parking facilities
Cute boutique hotel. Nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast. Helpful and nice staff.
No bar or restaurant. Limited room service
Very clean and new hotel in the heart of the energetic Emek Refiam / German Colony area. Literally 1 minutes walk to Rachel Imenu and 20 seconds to Emek Refiam but very little street noise. Lovely simple rooms with good amenities. Recommend a balcony room. Very conveniant for all the sights and places around this area including The First Station (some of the only food and coffee open on a Saturday), The Jeruselem Theatre, The German Colony, Emek Refiam.
Place feels like it was just finished. A lot of little things seemed rushed or incomplete. Staff are pleasant but also (as with most of Israel) pretty useless by American or better European standards. Best used as a posh B&B than a proper hotel.
Been to Jlem countless times...this was by far the best accommodations.
Not much not to like...rooms are on the small side but so what?! Beautifully appointed and comfortable.
Everything ..!! Thank you and happy new year
Loved the location and the staff. Rooms were a little Small. Happy hour is a nice idea but there should be one Healthy choice.
Beautiful calm decor and atmosphere. Great location
I loved the old building & the furnishings. The patio area was lovely & quite enjoyable to sit outside & soak up the sun while eating breakfast. My room was very clean & nicely decorated. I thought the location was fabulous because it was in the heart of the colony but off Emek Refayim, the main road, so it was quiet in the evening. The staff was extremely attentive from the moment I arrived.
I thought the rooms were a bit too small.
Location Happy hour with free drinks and snacks
NO VALUE FOR THE MONEYֱֱֱ!!!
Happy hour is very nice, breakfast is great, bad is very comfortable but small.
Bad is small,
the size of the room -too small
the shower, the staff, the happy hour, the location, amazing breakfast, nice room.
room with no view, the bed, a bit noisy.
This hotel was very pleasant, with a nice, quiet atmosphere. Also, it is very new, fresh and nicely designed interior as well as outside. The staff is also very pleasant, and breakfast was really good. It is in a quiet back street, but still only a few meters away from the main street in the German colony area. It is possible to walk to the old town, trough a nice shopping street, with some really nice restaurants and cafes, further trough some parks, as well as really nice views of the old city and the surroundings. A taxi is not expensive, if one choose not to walk.
Some noise from a small fridge in the room, but it is probably possible to turn off or ask the staff to remove it. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t bother with it.
I loved the exterior. The neighborhood is charming.
I didn't like the fact the reception guy told me he "upgraded" me to a room with a balcony while that is what I initially ordered. I didn't like the fact the first sentence the receptionist had to tell me in check-in is :"we usually don't accept children" (And that is, after I called intentionally to inquire and stated it clearly in my form). I also didn't like that I had to "inquire" about an egg for breakfast rather than being offerred one as it should. The balcony is extremely small - Not functional for most human beings.
