Realy nothing special
The Rooms are dirty. The reception desk is barely open. The bath room look horrible. The smell inside the room is bad.
The location and the staff.
Quality of room is poor. Low quality msintanance. Many things are not functioning. Too expensive for what it gives.
The location is brilliant, very close to the beach and very central.
Pretty much everything else. The room was reasonable size, but the facilities were terrible. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor as soon as you turned it on, so it was just a constant pool of water. The room was "cleaned" twice during our stay, only because I asked. The cleaning consisted of drying the bathroom floor and making (but not changing) the bed. We got clean towels only twice as well when I asked for them. The wifi was decent but signal was hard to get. The staff were friendly occasionally but also could be quite rude. Although it's relatively "cheap", the time we were there wasn't and to be frank I'd expect way more for the price. Not expecting luxury quality, but really just the basics like a clean room, fresh towels and bed covers.
The location was perfect, staff where friendly and the premises where clean and it was a reasonable price I will definitely be back next year xxxx
The wifi was on and off and there was building happening right under my room it was difficult to sleep on two mornings because of the noise.
Dirty, smelly. Furniture from the 1960s. The hotel room looked like something out of a horror movie. The worst hotel room I've ever seen-----it was scary!!!!
Staff let me in before check in time. Give good advises about tours, booked taxi, etc
Mattress was really old. It was a leak in the toilet
We booked 2 nights in this hotel but were told that they have to move us to another hotel that they own on the 2nd night because they have to fix something in the room. The next day they told us we have to check out at noon and wait until the room in the other hotel is ready around 2pm. We said that it does not make any sense, finally after long argument they gave us 10% discount. When we arrived to the other hotel we were told that this hotel has a different owner that our room was regularly booked for us and we have to wait until the room is ready by 3pm. Very unpleasant experience !
Only a few blocks walk to the beautiful beach. There was a 24 hr. market caddy corner to the hotel. Our host directed us to some wonderful restaurants in walking distance. We especially loved Hashdera 34. Free parking (space for 3 cars). The Internet was reliable. I would stay here again. We had two separate bedrooms with kitchenette and bathroom for our triple accommodation.
It was very noisy all night long. Cars were honking and young people were on the sidewalks below carrying on till at least 3a.m. I suppose ear plugs would cure this. The towels were very thin and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom, but this is not uncommon in Israeli dwellings.
The location is best attribute for this hotel. To me, being so close to the beach was the most important part of my trip. Tel Aviv beach area is like Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Florida. Lots of things to do during day time and especially, at night.
The location is prima!! The stuff is friendly and very helpful! Special thanx to Chen!!! Highly recommendable for the young people who appreciate the value for money. Greetings to Tel Aviv! Look forward to see u again!
I was trapped in the room (404) by a defect in the door and wifi sometimes not work
Dream view from the fifth floor room (I suggest to ask for it)
As regards the fifth floor room, absence of solar blinds (you wake up every dawn because of daylight), very few space to arrange stuff, unnecessary equipment such as microvawe and dishes.
the location was great for our purpose
the suites hotel name is definitely a deceptive term for this property. the room is exceptionally small, there was a loss of utilities (water) that made us leave earlier than check out. the outside facade makes it look like a new hotel but the inside is is old and needs updating. The beds are stained and uncomfortable
everything was okay, compared to the price
shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers would've been nice. I had to get to one of the stores nearby, but they didn't have travel-size toiletry.
Electric equipment and sockets seem to be very dangerous. Facilities are obsolete. Leaking water from bathroom to leaving area.
Gas shelter was adequate as a second bedroom.
Photo of bath on websites- NO BATHS in hotel. .Dining table was coffee table so sat on floor to eat, Double bed alternative site for coffee table but it had to be removed to view televison. Couch so close to DOUBLE BED had to take shoes off to put on bed to view TV .$180 for 1950 bedsitter per night.is exorbitant
Location, friendly staff (arranged parking space for this one night)
Very friendly staff, great location, clean and functional, no complaints
location was ok, one member of staff was helpful.
Booking.com did not give a true picture of the hotel and the facilities, the room we booked was supposed to have a balcony and there were supposed to be a restaurant /bar attached to this hotel that did not exist. Booking.com offered the opportunity to book breakfast at this non existent restaurant/bar luckily we did not book this option. The room we were put in was dirty and small with hole ridden curtains. When we complained the staff did move us to a larger room however we did not think this hotel offered value for money.
The location is grate. Close to many attractions in tel Aviv.
The price was not the same as I booked. They toled me that it is comming from the booking company. The all place smell like toilet. In the room there is no tools for 3 (cups, plates, folks, chairs etc.). They couldn't give us extra pillow. For this price we could get better.
Overpriced TV has no open channels at all
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious.
Room was large with kitchenette so there is an option to do your own food. Good TV as well. Right by Dizengoff Street, so excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. At £52/$85 per night, represented fantastic value.
the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and very helpful, I'll be back for sure.
