The only thing that was good is the excellent location, facing the sea,and the free parking in front of hotel provided by the hotel.. WIF has worked reasonably well in the room. Breakfast modest but reasonable. I still would not recommend unless you really have no other choice
The room had a very strong stench of mold that it It was hard to breathe. Very small elevator barely fits two people. The bathroom had a terrible smell that you can not use it and was very dirty with mold everywhere. There was no extra blanket in the room and no coffee, tea or sugar in the room.
Clean and fresh rooms.Very pleasant, helpful staff. Special thanks to the woman at the front desk pm 13/7 who so generously took care of our daughter and her companion.
Location is good, beach can be found in front of the door.
It looks much better on the Internet. It would require a renovation! Room is smelly, with a small window. Television is old. Poor breakfast.
Food was excellent.People from costumer crevices weary friendly
Location of the hotel. First line at the seashore.
Breakfast is very poor. Low rate of the wi-fi signal in some rooms. Rust on the face side of refrigerator. Old sanitary engineering in the bathroom. Photo of the hotel room on the booking.com site does not match real room of hotel (may be photoshop edition). Towels for the beach have holes.
Excellent location. Good value for the money. Room was clean and decent as expected. Breakfast which was included, was fair.
Lacks it's own parking, and to find parking is not easy near the hotel.
Excellent location opposite the beach
The hotel rooms were a little tired, although hot water and shower worked well
excellent location, rooms with sea view available direct public bus to Yaffa- Tel Aviv drives every 20-30 minutes- cost about 3$/ person
most of the receptionist (especially one) were not friendly, when we arrive at 5 am, we have been told (with ungry voice), that room is not ready, beacuse we arrived "so early" (and obviously we disturb the easy night of the receptionist) the room wasn't very clean remember the hotel is located in BAT YAM, not in Tel Aviv. wifi wasn't working properly, we had problem with signal
Very nice personal except the lady from the reception very good location nice view -located just in front of the Bat Yam beach good breakfast - kasher food very good cleaning service - very nice cleaning staff
Disgusting smell in bathroom cockroach in room low speed elevator overall look is bad small windows
housekeeping is very bad. dirty.
The environment or location near the sea.
The staff was nice and helpful. We arrived in the night and left in the night. This was no problem. The breakfast was ok. The location was fine, just across the beach. Bus number 10 went to the city just outside the hotel. There was a cash-machine in the hotel next door, which was good, because you need cash, even if many places the accept credit card. The room was clean and the beds good. Nothing luxury, but ok. If you went to Tel Aviv, to stay in the hotel, you might want some other hotel, but If you went to Tel Aviv to see the city and to spend most of your time out of the hotel, this is an excellent choice.
Everything was fine. There was nothing I didn't like.
Well located, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to local cafe's and resturants
hotel next to the beach, in good area
hotel in poor condition, bad smell in room/bathroom, tiny window (but with sea vew)
Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. Would be happy to return if staying in Bat yam.
The location is great at night, it is fairly clean, even might need renovation in some units.
The receptionist was very apologetic, and made every attempt to keep me at the hotel.
After a 28 hr flight, I arrived to a dirty room… later in the night found a cockroach in my bathroom. I would hate to have stayed here during the summer… there would have been many more.
very good location quit, if your room looks to the back
the breakfast is too small and cheap
Breakfast was very simple.
I stayed there for 1 week with my Mom. I am used to luxurious hotels in North America (Fairmont, Sheraton, Intercontinental). However Armon Yam Hotel left a god impression of warmth and friendliness. We arrived there at 9.00 am after long 11 hours flight and although the hotel was pretty booked up. The gentleman at the reception was nice to us we got our room in 1/2 hour. Everybody at the reception and dining room was very nice. Special thanks to Dove, Janna, Eugene. the location of the hotel right on the Promende. Beautiful view from the room. We'll definitely will come back.
