Aviv Holiday Flat    

Aaamupala monipuolinen ja hyvä vaikka sijaitsikin viereisessä hotellissa. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Oma parveke. Sänky hyvä. Rauhallinen paikka. Ilmainen auto parkki kadun varrella.

Hinta-laatu suhde huono. Peitot likaiset, ei pussilakanoita vaan niiden tilalla pelkät lakanat. Vedenkeitin sisältä likainen eikä saatu pesemälläkään puhtaaksi. Hotellissa ei mitään palveluita.

Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Amiainen aivan mahtava monine eri salaatti- ym. Vaihtoehtoineen. Sijainti hyvä, lyhyt matka järven rannalle kävelytielle sekä linja-autoasemalle.

Ants in the kitchen. Our companions' TV didn't work.

I liked the spacious room, the view of the sea, and the giant breakfast - value all round. The staff could not have been more helpfull.

I did not like that no hard soap was to be found in the room.

Was a pretty good place with an amazing breakfast in the new hotel complex.

Facilities just a bit tired and in need of a freshen up. We toured all day so it was fine and comfortable for tha.

Hotel ok with a good price/quality balance. Tiberia and its lake are nice place to visit and the hotel is in the center of the town. Staff (Roy, David & Daniel) very friendly and extremely helpful. For example I had a problem with the battery of my car and they helped me immediately and solved the problem. Thanks a lot!

Affordable value of accommodation. Friendly and helpfull staff.

The studio was only 30m2 instead of 50m2 as stated in the description.

The best 3* hotel we'v try 2/3 bed r. Balkony Genezerrt lake vee. Big kithen & bsthroom and smargasbord for breakfest we dont sr in Swrden. Helpfull staff. Hot spa on by the Sirian border is a musy 0,5h drive...

Very close to center of town. Price was great. Easy to find and park. Large room with nice shower. Other then kitchenette, place was clean. Great view of the Kineret lake.

Kitchenette was minimal and dirty. The only items were a hot plate and a tiny fridge. The only utensils were a few dirty spoons and forks that nobody has dared to use for a long time.

None of the beaches were particularly nice for swimming but Aviv let us use the pool in the hotel next door. Simple and clean accommodation.

The location is good. The price is ok.

It is a bit run-down and needs maintenance.

The buffet is awesome and is located in an adjacent property. There was a lot of variety and the food was very fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Because of the elevation, balcony views of the Sea of Galilee and of Tiberias were excellent! Staff were very helpful; especially as a few items, such as wine glasses, were needed in the kitchen. Extremely generous breakfast, fruit, cheeses, breads and spreads, as well as fresh, hot coffee was included.

Grounds around the hotel included lots of old mattresses, and rubbish. From recent upgrade to hotel.

view was of the cemetery. reception staff friendly and helpful. microwave downstairs, not in the room. reception staff will give you plastic cups, spoons. however, cleaning staff very rude to stop the elevator on the 2nd floor so they could talk, and we had to walk up the stairs to get to our room because the elevator was "stuck" on the second floor.

Everything was great! The staff was very kind and friendly, specially Daniel (front desk). Breakfast was EXCELLENT in a 5 stars hotel. Housekeeping was also excellent. The location is the best!! When I return to Israel I will stay at Aviv Hotel for sure! Totalmente recomendable!

Room is perfect, in all respects. Staff is helpful.

Although the hotel is advertised as having kitchen facilities, the staff almost persuades you into having their breakfast. One of the techniques they use for it is the absence of kitchenware: you have to ask for it, and they readily give it to you.

Location was close to downtown & market. Staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again.

Some hotel guest were a little noisy.

Daniel at reception said to me 'we want you to feel home from home.' If I asked for anything I got it within 5 minutes eg a microwave,beverages cups,knives and forks. all brought to my flat by Roy with a smile.I really did feel home from home.
