Good location Friendly and helpful stuff
Very noisy all night from the street below. The breakfast eggs were uneatable
Staff was more than helpful, there was never a problem!
I had booked two rooms for four nights from January 10-14, 2014 through booking.com for 4 adults from Nepal. I made a special request to provide me the big rooms with high Internet facilities. We checked in late night at the hotel. I had made the booking for two cheapest rooms. The room provided was very tiny with tiny bathroom. The next day I reminded about my special request to Eliana, a gorgeous lady. She immediately contacted the Hotel Manager and both of them were ready to upgrade our rooms. We were provided two beautiful big rooms with no additional cost. Their behaviors were superb. The breakfast has many varieties. Location is excellent. Staffs are polite and helpful. It was indeed a good value for money. Next time I certainly stay at the same hotel in TelAviv.
The buffet breakfast and dinners were outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful.
The bathroom was cramped due to a bathtub that took up much space. A shower stall would be a better choice.
very nice and friendly personnel, good breakfast, excelent positioned hotel close to the beach, downtown, restaurants, wonderful view and very good wi-fi connection.
Very good position, hotel staff very kind and professional
Hotel need to be refresh starting to looking old
Well located; very good braekfast.
The staff from the moment we arrived went beyond the call of duty to assist us. The breakfast variety was exceptional.
The water pressure in the shower was very poor. A poor variety of T.V. channels
Poor hotel !
We've stayed in the hotel for the second time. It's a good hotel. Close to the beach. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and willing to advise.
Dubie was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was fine.
The hotel has declined greatly since Leonardo/Fattal took over.
Well located, close to beach but also city centre. Staff very efficient and caring.Very big and excellent Israeli breakfast. Our room while small had everything we needed. Also a tiny bathroom. Tea/coffee provided, also some fresh fruit and complimentary welcome drink in bar. Staff phoned daily to check if everything was ok.
Minor but a few basics missing- face washers, cotton buds and cotton pads and tissues in toiletries for the bathroom would have been nice.
The breakfast and in general the hotel comfort.
That they cleaned the whole lobby floor in one go, wet and slippy floor for over 40 mins and not a 'Wet Floor" notice. Lady at desk did not know what the extra supplement was for.
Location, reception was friendly and helpful
Outside of the hotel could need some repairs
Location is very good Breakfast is very good.
The carpet is old, the rooms are old the showers are small size The entrance to the breakfast is not nice. Parking is expansive for guest not confrtabile and limited.
Could have been a bit more luxurious
breakfast hv many choices and decilious. close to beach
hair dryer got too hot to hold very quickly.
The staff at the desk once they were engaged were excellent and assisted me a great deal as I lost my phone. The dining room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were great.
The room smelt musty and towels of stale cigarettes. I had them changed, left the window open and it was fine after that. When not busy the door staff and reception staff looked sleepy and UN interested. The furniture is worn and it needs a coat of paint
The location was good and the place was clean. Breakfast was very good and they have a wide selection to suit anyone.
Be careful as they charged my uncle twice for the stay and they had great difficulty getting the money back and the staff do not respond to emails and phone calls. My wife also banged a her head from the bed side lamp that is installed too close to the bed. She cut her head open and the first aid was not up-to standard. We had to seek further professional help. The hotel staff were not to concerned over it. I don't think I will stay there again.
Small rooms with only one chair, very small bathroom with towels that should have been replaced a long time ago.
Contrary to the last time now the room was awful, small and dirty. The sink was stuck. But the breakfast was as good as we remembered.
It was adequate accommodation.
Blood stains on pillow case!!!!!
Location, courtesy of staff, natural light and ventilation in the room we occupied, parking facility.
Rooms need to be freshened up.
The location, across the street from Tel Aviv Beach and a short walk from the restaurants & Tel Aviv center. For swimming, don't miss the Gordon pool, across the street! The staff was generally fiendly and they were especially nice to our 3 year old daughter. The breakfast was great.
The hotel could benefit from some refreshing. The pool was already closed although the weather was still very hot.
