Absolutely fabulous and elegant!! Staff very friendly and helpful (great restaurant recommendation). Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Happy hour in the lobby was great. Breakfast was first class - creative and plentiful!! We only stayed one night, but would definitely use as base on our next trip!!!!

We traveled across all the country and it was our best hotel! So beautiful interior-lobby,rooms,restaurant! In Israel u never know what kind of 4stars hotel u will get,very few of them really deresrve 4 stars. This hotel honestly and perfectly 4 stars hotel!

It's a new Hotel. One guy at the front desk. Check-in took a while. I reserved a Deluxe room and when I checked out I realized they had me in a standard room which was extremely small. So if you are meduim or larger, this hotel is not for you!! The hair dryer didn't work, after a long while they sent me to an unmade room to dry my hair with used towels in the rest- room from a previous guest!!!!

Beautiful renovated hotel, comfortable, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff Close to impossible to find, staff had a hard time giving understandable directions. hard to find in a complicated city.

Excellent accueil dans ce merveilleux hôtel, très confortable et au décor raffiné ! Chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée. Petit-déjeuner très varié et de grande qualité. A ne manquer sous aucun prétexte : son rapport qualité/prix est imbattable !

המלון יפה ובטעם טוב, לא מנקר עיניים. מתוחזק היטב.יחס נעים של העובדים. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת. נחמד מאד שיש גם את הכיבוד הקל אחה"צ. נהנינו לשבת בלובי קטן ולדפדף בספרי אומנות מרהיבים. קרוב למרכז חנויות. היה נחמד מאד. החדר קצת קטן וצפוף.

La disponibilité du personnel, l'happy hour avec tout ce qu'il y avait à grignoter. Sa localisation dans le centre ville et sa proximité avec le magnifique parc d'Haifa. L'hotel pourrait être mieux indiqué, son nom laisse penser qu'il est plus prêt de la plage.
